This one has really cool dungeons. The only 2 things i'm not a fan is the textures, as they are too dark, and the lack of a day night cycle.
Isn't the lack of a day and night cycle...sort of...you know...the point of the story?
@@justpoetics5510 it's been some time since i've read the reason, but if i remember right, he just didn't knew or didn't want to deal with day/night changes and then inserted that into the lore.

It reminded me of Majoras Mask a lot. I could see Malon in the pictures on the walls. Also, Link being robbed 😂 unexpected 😂 I'm waiting for the next part 🙌🏻

I just wish that the people who did all this work were capable of more coding in terms of the bosses and mini bosses. It's one thing I've noticed is that the boss is a mini bosses are the same ones we've fought before and oftentimes the actual arenas in which we fight them are the same as the original game. I understand it would require an animator of sorts, Maybe someone like rwanlink or CryZENx would be best suited for this, even better if they were playable.
Those whom are familiar with Mission Impossible for the N64 would recognize the Embassy Function shout out music in the hotel in Sangol Village. Props to the mod author for being a man of culture.

I think this one will be a really good one. I have this one too, but like yourself I haven't played much of it. I think after I'm finished with The Sealed Palace I'll get back to this one.
Alright, starting this series now. As I've seen a previous playthrough of this (my husband played it after watching a friend stream it), I can't wait to facepalm myself if you miss some stuff due to a shortness of observation, which to be fair, is easy to fall into in this romhack 😂
I'll try not to give you hints unless absolutely necessary, or if you ask, but one thing is sure. I'm going to be entertained. :)

I watched Attacking Toucans play this, and he is likely named after a Zelda reference of attacking cucoos combined with Fruit Loops mascot. That's my hot take. Who knows? You are better in some ways, in battle so far! I enjoyed your playthrough maybe more, but each was uniquely pleasant and memorable. As to how much I watched, he got the fire arrows, but didn't leave the area yet.
Honestly, I couldn't sit through more than a few hours of this hack. I get why it has some positive reception, but it was a really half-baked experience for me overall. A lot of it felt belligerently disrespectful of my time and even downright insulting to returning OoT players in some cases.
-The story, while mostly nonexistent, is oddly obtuse whenever it is. I know that the flow of time is frozen, but I don't know why, or how, or who is at fault, or for any reason. I am told I have to solve the time flow issue or the town will be in great danger, but I have no idea from what, or how, or why. I also don't know why I should care, because last I checked, the game told me one of the locals stole my shield; you're not really doing a good job of buttering me up to saving these people.
-It feels very tone-deaf of the dev to try to establish a story beat around Link being doubtful of his own will and wondering if he was just being led along in the last two games, only for this rom hack to start on the basis of Tael barking contextless demands at him to save a random town that just robbed him.
-If this is post-OoT and MM, why does Link need to re-acquire all of his tools again? He somehow doesn't have the Ocarina of Time anymore, but kept the Master Sword?
-That's another thing ... thieves snuck into Link's room and stole only his Hylian Shield, and not the legendary Master Sword that's worth far more?
-You start with a bottle in your inventory that has a letter inside. You know how in OoT you open Ruto's letter this way to get the Bottle? You can't here, so the item is entirely useless.
-A girl mentions she needs help capturing a Cucco. Sound familiar? Except you can't help, because the Cuccoo she's chasing is the only one in town that doesn't have a grab prompt, so you are pointlessly led along.
-A guy tells me I need to light the torches to leave town, which you need a Deku Stick to do. The shopkeeper won't allow me to buy arrows, bombs or nuts until I unlock them, but he's totally fine selling me several Deku sticks that won't actually add up in my inventory, causing me to waste my first half hour of gameplay simply farming grass for rupees to fix the time I wasted farming for the Deku sticks the game told me I needed to get but apparently can't buy.
-A kid says he also bought a Deku stick but it already broke. I assume this is the dev's way of explaining the problem with the shopkeeper's Deku sticks I outlined above, but there are roughly a thousand better ways to communicate something that important to the player.
-There are tons of missing and/or tight jump collisions combined with far too many platforming sections in just the starting town alone ... in a rom hack of a game where platforming was already not the primary focus; Nintendo removed that manual lock-jump function prior to the official release for a reason. It's not a Banjo-Kazooie game, don't try to design it like one.
I quit once the game told me, "Please don't disturb the dead." after which I was actually required to raid the tomb, revive Sagnol's body just to re-kill him, so I can steal his ... Goron Bracelet, so I can ... lift bombs ... when I am already Adult Link from the start of the hack.
It says "Master of Time" but to me, this was and always will be "OoTooie".
So, you recommend the game, then? 😅
I know this is kind of late, but even as an adult, Link needs the bracelet to lift objects that aren't rocks and move blocks bigger than him.
I found out the hard way when I used my 3DS Powersaves device to get 10 free Bombchu, which I used to get inside of Dodongo's Cavern as soon as I got Death Mountain, ignoring Darunia completely, only to find that I couldn't move the blocks in the Forest Temple, meaning I was softlocked.

Have this on computer and on Not64 on the Wii,works as good as OOT,wasn't really expecting it to work since it's romhack but,OOT runs fine on Not64 so it makes sense to me now,i'm stuck at the beginning but,hope to learn something by watching lol,also subbed

A lot of romhacks work on the Wii the only console that has issues is the psp n64 emulation bc it needs to be overclocked for most of the games to be playable

Am I the only one who finds it strange that the fairy's name is nite? Because the names of Link's fairies are puns of people who give information, Navi being short for navigator and in Majora's mask we have tatl and tael being a pun for a tattletale; if I'm wrong then tell me how does nite follow that naming pattern
On top of that why do you need the sagnol ocarina, did link leave the ocarina of time at home?
There is the same guy with beard in the village as in "Sealed Palace" it is the same creator game ? ^^
He's just a character from the vanilla game, and used in both romhacks haha.
