    So any updates on the yellow clown goby and green goby fighting?i have the war paint goby and thinking about getting the yellow goby.

      Mine don't fight at all. But I lost my green goby recently because he jumped out of my tank 😐 I was told by my LFS that as long as they aren't the same color, they won't fight

      @@BlueReefTankSorry about Bobby but that's so reassuring, I'm hoping to adopt a citron and a green clown goby and I was wondering if it was possible; this has put my mind at rest!

    Nice video. That was a pink alveopora though, not a gonipora. There is no need also to acclimate corals. The dip is fine, but all this stressed the corals more. Haven't acclimated a coral in years.... Only fish

      Thanks for your advice 🙂 I find that my corals do better if I acclimate them slowly into the tank and when I just put it in straight, they don't seem to open up that quickly. Maybe I'm just unlucky

      I only dip with no acclimation - if salinity is the same. If there are differences I think it’s better to take some time like 5-10 min

      I neither had luck putting two of them together. Started with a Yellow Clown which is really funny and charming, then tried to add a Green one which jumped and after that a Warpaint that also didnt make it :(

    I heard that the Royal Gramma is aggressive, is this true for yours? I am thinking of this or the orchid dottyback.

    • @BlueReefTank
      @BlueReefTank  3 роки тому +1

      He's only aggresive when other fish gets too close to his cave. Other than that, he's cool. I probably wouldn't get a dottyback, they can be a bully 😅 I had a royal dottyback before and got rid of him because he started killing all my other fishes

    Thinking about getting a similar set up. Been researching SW aquariums for years. Was originally going to go with Red Sea but Waterbox looks awesome. Love your videos. Keep it up. I just ordered my RO/DI from bulk reef supply! 1st step
