Very helpful, accurate, and informative, featuring useful tidbits of information that sometimes get overlooked, and listing options that I completely agree with! A very underrated vid imho
Thank you for your comment 😊. I wish this video would get more views. My saltwater content doesn’t get as many views as my freshwater and admittingly I’m way more knowledgeable on the saltwater side of the hobby
@@AquariumStoreDepot Your knowledge definitely shows here! Ngl I was expecting it to be pretty basic, but was pleasantly surprised by all the information you gave
Oh yeah forgot to mention, I love your bit on Azure damselfish, explaining that even though they’re considered one of the least aggressive species, that doesn’t guarantee they’ll be peaceful I was also surprised you didn’t feature chromis in this list, since they seem like a common and popular beginner fish for saltwater, but I’m glad you didn’t as from what I’ve read they’re not as hardy nor as peaceful as people believe them to be
@@garg4531 thank you for your comment. I didn’t include chromis because they do tend to die too much for my liking. I’ve had success with azure mostly in larger tanks with larger fish and added last with zero issues in reef tanks
Most of these will get along with each other except for the firefish goby as they are very timid. The rest are all semi aggressive. They won’t eat each other but the larger the tank the better to dub aggression. The tang and the damsel are the biggest wildcard

Are these all fairly compatible with one another? Any tabk mates who wont get along if introduced together from these?

i bought a yellow coris wrasse and it immediately swam into the sand when I added him to the tank. Is this normal? Do they tend to live in the sand?
Yes this is normal when first introduced they will bury themselves. They should come out when they are more comfortable
@@AquariumStoreDepot update: he came out yesterday.
@@chrishagins3309 awesome 😎
are clownfish and yellow tang compatible?🤔
Yes, they are
Can a pair of clown fish, a damsel and a royal Gramma get along in a 24 gallon tank?
In a couple of years I'm going to have freshwater and saltwater fish shrimp crabs and hermit crabs
