Perricard's backhand looks a little sketchy in comparison - unless he has time to set up. Both have monster serves but Opelka uses more variations and has a truer second serve whereas Gio almost hits two first serves. That high kicker to Giovanni's backhand should serve Opelka really well. I'm rooting for Reilly, but ultimately it will come down to handling the nerves on the big points as this can be expected to go to a few tiebreaks.
