For those looking for what it does. The feature helps in sampling the multiple lights and scene more efficiently. In simple terms, turning it on will result in reduced noise in cost of higher render times. If the scene is indoor and feature multiple lights, then leave it on.
Also when rendering don’t forget to close the shaded preview mode in the viewport. I use the « rendering » tab to be sure to have a clean setup for efficient rendering.
Thank you so much man. My frame was taking about 8 mins to render but then it took 25 seconds after this video. You dont know how thankful i am. Much Love
wtf. this saved my life and my future marriage and my future kids future marriage. cant believe no one told med this before. I kinda wanna do some testing on what exactly you are missing out on by disabling. But for now its really a lifesaver, especially for animations with lots of frames wow.
saperate your objects into different render layers and then combine them using the alpha over(just remember to turn on transparent render here) or the add node and combine them in the compositor, and honestly if you are not working on an industry level then you can also reuce the max samples to about 100 (i am not kidding and i know what i wrote- "100"...you will get much smooth results
I agree, this the best way to reduce time, but in my case, the realism is lost, that light bounce is gone, little disappointed but still, helped me to save 3-4 days of mine
Interesting, checking off the CPU render really boosts the render time, wonder why? I thought checking both on makes it take advantage of cpu and gpu together.
Thank you bro for video. Thanks that you're sharing. Can you get video about how to cleanup full space hard disc after working in blender, please. I tried to use all steps which are on youtube, helped little, but I know that space have to be more on my comp. But it's still full. Hope you will write this and answer. 🙏🙏✌✌
@@AnilKumarThota I've tried this method out and it has sped up my render times! Thanks for making this video, honestly JZK. The only thing which I haven't done was turn on the noise threshold. As I'm using OptiX as the denoiser there's this...splotchy-ness in my renders making it look odd when I enable it. So, to get better results I've turned off the noise threshold and there isn't any splotchy-ness in my animations. But I have followed everything else you've showed and defo I see a difference in my render times!
@@AnilKumarThota BUT rendering only the viewport!! unable to render with background !!! i don't know why!! if you have any setting idea kindly tell me thank you!!
set the default scene and setting by clicking file>set default scene(I forgot the specific name) … Then after opening blender you’ll be set. But make sure to make the viewport and all view is what you prefer.
HOLY SMOKES, I seriously spent 3 days rendering this scene that is now taking like half an hour. Thanks for the tip!
I am glad to hear that. keep rooking, Thank you for your feedback.

Cut my render times down from 2 days with constant crashes to a mere 2 hours with no issues. Thank you so much for this, and at the perfect time too!

tip: it gets faster on viewport if you make the noise threshold to 0.5
Render with noise thread 1.0 at 4K it’s fine the resolution will kill noise in your HD view monitor faster than HD render
in a word you are awesome...

Checking both May creates a bottleneck problem
1:56 enabling both actually increase render speed for me, is everyone else's perform different?
good job anil

Light tree is good for interior or when you have a lot of lights, very a lot. Great tips, I'll try on some of my scenes ;)

bro did you got faster rendering? also doing this will change any thing ? like lights or shade?

Why, when choosing a video card, does the load go to the processor 100% and to the video card 3%?
Bro why did you select the optix instead of cuda i have Rtx 4050 should I select optix too or cuda?
If we do like that is render quality also can decrease?
Render quality will be safe don't worry!
❤
Is there a way to save the rendering settings? because when I open Blender again, it's back to default
set the default scene and setting by clicking file>set default scene(I forgot the specific name) … Then after opening blender you’ll be set. But make sure to make the viewport and all view is what you prefer.

I didn't find much time difference between light tree on or off but if I used CPU and GPU it was much quicker
Maybe you can see the difference in the big scene with lighting. Try it once. Thank you for your feedback

You helped so much
Love you Bhai 😘
This light tree option is available on blender 3.2?
just download the 4th version it's free man
@@gamingghost3030 yeah I did but it doesn't bring that much change in my render time
@@gamingghost3030 Blender 4.0 renders slower than previous Blenders, by up to about 10%.
Bro . does it affect the quality ?
Increasing the noise treshold wouldnt generate more noise in final render????
For a 4K resolution even 1.0 threshold is fine
Remaining render time is not showing in my render
thank you soooo much
