Belyashi recipe
Belyashi dough:
* Flour - 650 gr.
* Milk - 400 ml.
* Dry yeast 11 gr.
* Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
* Sugar - 0.5 tbsp. l.
* Salt 1 tsp.
Meat filling:
* Minced beef or pork - 500 gr.
* Onion 1 pc.
* Water 100 ml. (depending on the minced meat)
* Salt and pepper to taste
Deep frying oil
* For 18 whites
