    I was one of the voluteers that helped build the center and I've sat quite a few courses here in the late 00's. Dhamma Dipa is right next door and I've sat many courses tthere too.
    I don't practice Goenka style anymore as I went to South East Asia where found much better meditation teaachers and techniques...

      The fact that you feel the need to assert this in the comments section of a UA-cam video demonstrates that deep down you still feel unsure/insecure about the technique you practice now.

    Hello, I'm hoping to attend a course in june. I've had to book time off from work, so it's really my only chance to attend one this year. I'm a little bit worried about the application process as i usually mess up when filling in forms. Could you give me an insight or some tips about applying please?

      Why do you mess up dear, Its a simple online process. Just apply online and later call them to check your admission and that's it.

    Thank you for sharing this :) Are the instructors Indian ?

    • @mikes2136
      @mikes2136 2 роки тому +2

      The instructions are imparted via the medium of audio and video recordings by a human being who was from Myanmar (formerly Burma) and was of Indian descent.
      What matters though is the technique being taught and how assiduously you follow those instructions.
