    Went right by the canned potatoes! 1 point for 3/4 cup or 60 calories for 2/3 cup

    With those frozen pasta, you could do some seafood or any protein and even add some vegetables for a more complete meal too.

      Yes!! They are perfect when you add protein! I used them in my next What I Eat in a Day video that should be up Saturday. I just added some chicken - simple and perfect!

    Great idea to keep rotisserie chicken in fridge with some little tortillas for a snack! I think you mentioned the yogurt dressing with it too. I try to keep some shredded lettuce in the fridge to go with it. My go to snack is some sort of sugar treat and I’m really trying to break that habit! I need to eat something satisfying.

      That's funny you mention about the sweet treat because we were just talking about kiwis in the other comment and I've been finding that a kiwi at nighttime is sooo sweet and has been the perfect snack for me at night! I've really been looking forward to it. But I know me and I"m a creature of habit for a little while and then I need to change things up, so next week it might be a couple Dove dark chocolate!! 😉

      @@PlanningUsHealthyfunny that you eat dove dark chocolates because that’s what I keep in my snack drawer. It’s one of the few chocolates I’m ok with having just two. Hubs loves his with some peanut butter. But…..we share a low point creami before bed. I’m totally addicted to those and keep it to a 1 or 2 point serving.

    Do you watch the sugar count on items such as yogurt? Some of the brands of yogurt are loaded with sugar. I couldn't believe what I discovered on the zero sugar coffee creamer I purchased which is the coffee mate Italian creme zero sugar that you had in your haul today. The first ingredient was corn syrup. What?? Lol I won't be buying that one anymore. It's always good to check the ingredients on the label. Thanks for sharing your haul today. Have a great day 🤗❤️

      Thanks so much!! I do look at ingredients. But after taking my nutrition coach class and following some food scientists, I've learned that the "poison is in the dose". So now I just try to follow the 80/20 rule, meaning 80% of what I eat is good, wholesome, nutritious food, and then anything else, like my creamer, falls into the other 20% - only eat limited amounts...all in moderation. This has helped me tremendously! 😊

    Thank you for this Aldi haul Do you feel like you are losing weight on the weight watchers program. Recently?

      Im actually not really trying to "lose weight" but trying to lose fat while gaining muscle. But I did lose 5 pounds in January. I can't say it's necessarily just the Weight Watchers program though. I've been strength training and focusing on protein and macros. The WW Points just kind of fall into place.

      O k thank you. It just seems like it would be a lot of trouble to go through planning your meals. Measuring them
      And put them in all the containers if you are losing any weight.

      @sism3028 Even before I did Weight Watchers I still meal prepped. But even if I'm not on a weight loss journey, it's helpful for overall health. I've gotten all my lab work within normal limits even while maintaining weight. So for me, it's more about health and takes the stress out of putting meals together for work during the week. 😊

    I really like the full size xtreme wellness wrap for sandwiches, etc... i have not seen the zero carb smaller tortillaa before. I definitely want to try those out. 😊❤

    Chicken is zero points. How is it 4 points?

      Only chicken breast is zero points or the ground chicken breast that is 99% lean. It's the same with turkey.
