On k21 or k25 unicarriers or nissan lifts always check the ecm grounds to the frame especially the one on the left footwell. Rust and even sometimes painted ground port can cause it to code out. Take a wire or sanding disc and expose the metal.

Sounds like a cam or crank shaft sensor. On the cat,Mitsubishi/nissian/unicarrier u have to use oem sensors.
