Very informative! I obtained additional knowledge troubleshooting forklift problems. Thank you so much. Please continue sharing knowledge, really helped a lot. More power! From Philippines 🇵🇭
Hi, I found your video very helpful. I have a similar problem with a Toyota 36 V model number 2FBCA 15-1868, when I press the accelerator to move either forward or reverse, the contactors engage, and then ark and let go. I would like to find a replacement control board The number on the control board is in 6/88 20104C8B - 48 V
Great and thanks alot...If you own a forklift and buy this board, how much can it cost around and is it hard to get? Is it possible to run a test on the board itself?
I wanna be like you, would you please give some advice if there are sites that offer trainings about electric forklifts repair. Ive worked as a technician for forklift but not as technical as you im more in comparison method only most of time..pilipino ka ba sir?
Unfortunately there are no sites that offer training for electric forklift diagnostics aprt from the basics. Most of what you see me do are self taught. Yes I am filipino.
@@forkliftgeek10 which country you are working now sir? I heard in one of your videos that your company is conducting some trainings to the newly hired technician...correct me if im wrong...still talk tagalog?.

I used to be an auto tech and am interviewing for a fork lift mechanic job tmrw they work on Toyota electric forklifts is there any specifics you’d suggest I learn before the interview or will my knowledge most likely be able to carry over from the auto side of things thanks!
Mechanical knowledge and skill will always be transferable. Newer electric trucks now use AC motors, same principles as AC motors being used in electric cars. Learn about industrial batteries.

It is pretty expensive, but it is not hard to get. It is possible to bench test the board if you have the test rig to do it.

Have not worked on that model before. Try going to forkliftaction.com and ask the question in the forum. A lot of guys there would be willing to help.
