I've eaten cimi di rape at least once a week since I was a kid. Just bought seeds and will be planting today. For those of you asking, we eat the florets and leaves. To mitigate the bitterness, just boil them until fork tender.

I have never grown or eaten this but want to include it in my farmers market garden. Do most people want the florets or just the leaves? I am excited to add this to my garden

Most would eat both. However in a farmers market not sure.

I love both leaves and florets. It has little bit bitter taste which make this unique from the other green. Stir fry is really good. I have never grown this but I bought the seeds to grow this spring.
