For someone who's teaching herself how to cook, your videos are a godsend! Those recipes seem (seem, because I won't know until I try it! lol) very simple with not a lot of complicated ingredients, which normally intimidate novice cooks like me. Hopefully, I'll get to enjoy my very own tempura dinner made by yours truly. :D

It would also be a very good help if it is also shown how to properly stretch a prawn.😊 I learned it the hard way since I am not an expert cook an any way, I just love to cook and experiment stuff. 😂😅😊
Just a recommendation. For a lighter and crispier batter, the consistency should be as runny as possible while still being able to just coat the dredged shrimp.

I use panko/japanese bread crumbs when making tempura, i find a lot better than typical bread crumbs..
