Love your stuff man, you dont have a whole lot of views but I always love coming and watching you and your buddies rip it. I have pretty much the same setup you do so its sick to watch you have your fun. Keep it up man!
@@sheatay2003 I meant a purpose built snow tire that is really soft/silica compound and super sipped, like a Blizzak or similar. I have 3 peak tires on my truck, and the winter/snow tires on my Outback that are night and day more grippy on snow/ice than the 3PMSF tires on my truck. Maybe no manufacturers make really large snow specific tires, but it seems like there should be some 33-35" options out there.
@@pasichnyk Yeah there aren't large tire options for that unless it's arctic truck stuff. They have weak sidewalls too. I can just go down to 1 PSI whenever and have unlimited traction. The K03 is a soft compound with tons of siping, I would bet money that it can do better than any subie with snow tires.
This is awesome, I live right around that first clip. Glad I was recommended this

@@Akuri71 man that means a lot I appreciate it!
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Cool you go thru Bennett's pass before it closed for the season.
Can u do a rig walk-around video id love to see ur setup
@@ponikgarage Yes I'll go ahead and make one soon!
I miss my third gen…it just got totaled. Replaced with a 4th gen, pros and cons but not the build quality of the 3rd.
what’s that gauge that you’re running and mount on the A Pillar?
@@lifeofbengyn That is an Ultragauge made by a small company in Oregon. Awesome device!
I'm really curious... Why do I see all these videos of people "snow wheeling", and none of them actually have dedicated snow tires?
@@pasichnyk Define snow tire. The K03 is a 3 peak tire that does great in all types of snow

It's cuz they don't have enough puncture resistance / plys for off-road

@@ponikgarage10 ply winter tires definitely have enough plies and durability for off-roading . . . that’s what they were made for.
Just subbed. What wheels are on your rig? Looks sick
@@RyanCobb-yf2ep thanks man!! Those are Method 703s, 16" in black and -35 offset
What is the name of this trail?! Looks like a blast! I’m right outside Portland as well!
That is part of Bennets pass! short but cool
Also ive been looking for smoked out corner lights, was wondering where you got yours from? Or did you just tint them yourself?
@@Akuri71 Those are from the TEQ Customs website! they are "black" corner lights to match the black headlights
