Seems like our man exploited his AI by shooting two grenades. The Civil Protection guy noticed the one at the top of the stairs first and, it being closer to exploding, ran down towards the second.
Change the helicopter's gun to shoot SMG grenades and we'll have a semi-realistic depiction of what real attack helicopter guns are like. Also that airburst grenades from the airboat gun reminds me of how C-RAMs and WW2 AA shells are like.
