I really love your exercises. I am nearing the end of series 1 and am seeing good progress. In previewing and getting ready to enter into series 2 I noticed that the playlist only had 4 exercises that i could follow and then many other exercise videos followed, some were related to your channel and others were from different people. Is It possible to have a series 2 video that features only the 6 exercises in that series?? Thank you.

I'm older,(47)y so something effective for older people please 🙏 , I mean something basic for forehead cheeks chin eyes eyebrows.Because I don’t have time try all your videos. Like something can I do every day.Please❤
Peta- Do you have a routine that specifically targets outer glabellar lines above outer eyebrows? These lines are particularly pronounced as the center of my forehead lifts and becomes smoother. Thank you for your science based informed approach.

Its easy on the left side and much harder on the right one. My face is asymmetrical.
