Yes pursuit is like RT but only being AWD HEMI especially being up north in long snowy states when you need automatic AWD switch. But if I was Tennessee Georgia any southern or out west states. Then I would definitely get a scatpack for sure

For me, it still makes me happy. Nice, good sized car that's comfortable, looks nice and with the 5.7 V8, provides more than enough power to either cruise on the highway or have some fun on open twisty roads, all without breaking the bank
I owned a 5.7 Daytona for 3 years, held up great, no issues, I did 5 autocross events, 5 open open track days and 1 drag strip event with it. I recently traded it for a 2020 Scat Pack with the Dynamics package and Adaptive Suspension, the Scat Pack takes everything I loved about the 5.7 Daytona to the next level. I agree with your assessment of the ride quality, the Scat Pack rides even better when the shocks are set to street mode, good job on the review.
That's awesome glad it's been treating you well my friend especially since you didn't go easy on it haha. Yea the Scat Pack is just perfection 👌 and still very exciting in the speed department. Thanks again for stopping by!
Totally. I’ve also rented mustang GTs but actually find the chargers to be more fun. Steering feels better, visibility is better and there’s something satisfying about driving a big body car like this like a complete dbag
Yea haha exactly between the mustang and camaro, camaro is a far superior drivers car but I do love the NA 5.0 motor in the mustang. Chargers handle way better than people give it credit for, its such a long wheel base car that you always know what the car is doing but the mustang doesn't communicate properly which is why everyone spins out in them lol
I love my 5.7 Charger RT Plus. Its fast, and so comfortable. I get so many looks and offers to race. I have had it up to 140 mph and it felt like it could go much faster. Go Mopar!
I've had the 5.7 and I now have a 392. I loved the 5.7, sounds great with a mid muffler delete. It's a great car for the money 💰. 392's ate nice but are expensive on maintenance, gas and insurance, remember that. Get a 392, someone will say should have gotten the hellcat. Get a hellcat, should have gotten a redeye. Never ends. Get what makes you happy, 5.7s quick, sounds good and are affordable. Good video!
I own a '15 Scat Pack 392, before that I owned a '14 R/T Plus AWD, and have owned various other Chargers and Challengers, and NOT 1 of them EVER gave me issues! I've been building and racing cars my whole life and these are probably the best all around built car and reliable that I've had the pleasure of driving and owning! Yes, I've also owned Corvettes, Mustangs, Trans Ams, Lexus, Toyota, Nissan, Hondas..etc...My Chargers have not only been a complete blast to drive every day, but has NEVER stranded me or got me stuck or left me wondering why I bought it!! Usually, the ones that complain about all kinds of problems either don't know how to properly take care of the car, or they inherited someone else's lemon! I live in a state that sees a bunch of snow too btw, never any issues there..daily! #moparornocar!!
I have an 07 charger RT 5.7. It’s been a good solid quality car with no major issues. If you’re interested in buying one I would definitely recommend one.
I *JUST* rented this exact car from Thrifty for a few days. White 5.7 Daytona. Spot on. What a great car! Fun as heck to drive and all day comfortable. I didn't expect this combo of performance and refinement from Dodge.
It makes me smile to know you also love Dodge amd MOPARI feel like theyre still a company that still cares about cars I just have that feeling with them, I'll be grateful for more of them 😄, nothing beats a HEMI. Definitely one of my favorite videos and I haven't even finished yet
Haha thank you my friend really appreciate that yea growing up, the 08 Challenger was one of my dream cars loved that thing. Just don't know how long they can continue making these, probably the last generation before they go all turbos and hybrids sadly

I’ve had mine for nearly a month, and I can confidently say it’s my favorite car I’ve owned. That being said, more power / lighter car would make me happier. Honestly even a smaller car with the same speed would be perfect. It’s just so large
Another thing people don't seem to realize when they say they're not fast enough is the 5.7 takes to mods much better than the 392 does, it doesn't take much to get a hundred horsepower and be competing with those scat packs with one of these 5.7s
The charger r/t is the perfect car for me which is why I bought 2. Had a 2018 r/t plus, and just got a 2022 r/t plus. Extremely comfortable. Plenty of power to have a blast on the roads. Active exhaust and Harmon kardon sound great. Fits a car seat nicely and the trunk is huge. Not much more I’d want. The extra 115hp with the 392 would be nice, but not worth the 93 octane and gas mileage plus added insurance rates. The dodges are so heavy most cars that are quicker than the 5.7 are also quicker than the 6.4, few cars fall in between the two.

I have a 2018 SRT. Fabulous. Looked at Camaro and Mustang but they did not really match my requirements. Now, four years in, it remains fabulous. One warranty problem . . . a small area of blistered paint beneath the edge of the trunk lid. Dealer fixed that under warranty. That's it. No other issues . . . not a one. I have the dynamics upgrade which includes six piston Brembos, front, and four piston Brembos, rear. Slotted rotors with two piece rotors up front. Fantastic stopping power which this car will use should you take it to the track. You may not be aware but the suspension originated with the E-class Mercedes. Dual ball joint front, fully independent rear, Bilstein gas shocks (standard), large sway bars front and rear. The ZF 8-speed gearbox is excellent, shifts quick up or down on its own or with the standard paddle shifters. Multi-mode exhaust dead quick when cruising, huge roar when you put your foot into it - a no extra cost feature. Great highway mileage, as much as 26 MPG because the engine switches to four cylinders during low load cruising. This transition is smooth and seamless, but you will note a change in the exhaust tone. Many other features too numerous to mention here. You need to test drive one of these on a curvy road. Once you do that you will be convinced. After four happy years I still smile every time I back out of the garage.
Forgot to mention, I have the 6.4L Hemi. Fantastic engine, gobs of power and smooth as silk right to the 6400 RPM redline. Without using the paddle shifters, the ZF gearbox will run right to the redline before shifting during a full throttle launch. It is very quick.
same car my dad has, hemi v8 5.7 liters. Added a muffler to it, and added red tape to the calipers to make it look cool 😂 Not the kinda car u would normally see in the street, it’s pretty rare if u ask me. Also he added headers and is looking to add a lot of more tunes and modifications, also a device that controls the speed of the acceleration but since he had headers he said he didn’t wanna go to crazy because then the car could go bad, I am 10 my self and it’s the best car I have ever experienced. Amazing.
You hit the nail right on the head. I rented a 5.7 and was surprised at how well it drove. It drove like a luxury car with some fire. I would lease it new and enjoy it for a couple of years.
I have a 2018 bmw m3 right now, and I'm trying to get a 2nd car,I'm not easily convinced man,but your review is freaking spot on,I think I'll buy this car.
F80 M3 is a pretty epic handling car doesn't get much better in terms of handling on the street. I think Charger would be a nice complement to the M3 and will provide you with an engine noise and comfort that you will really appreciate so you will own the best of both worlds. Enjoy the amazing cars my friend!
first time viewer, loved this video man! appreciate your commentary as a general auto enthusiast, I own a older SRT and find it hard to portray the value to my euro snob friends haha.
Thank you my friend! Man these Mopar cars are way more fun than 90% of Euros. Specs is one thing but most of the Euro cars are a snooze to drive despite how capable and quick they may seem on paper. These cars are fun on the road where it matters
Just had one of these a rental car for 10 days in PA. I rented a Full-size Rental and was expecting a 4 banger Hyundai or KIA and got this - cool surprise. The best thing about this was the sound. Rode well but really was really lacking as a performance saloon. Wasn't as fast as I was hoping and a bit sluggish overall. Again sounded great and the first day I drove it I thought - nice I would buy this thing but by Day Nine I was ready to get out of it. Got about 17-18 mpg overall.
I’ve owned corvette’s, saleen mustangs , z28s ,trans ams .This isn’t the fastest but the most comfortable. And at my age this matters to me more now than being the fast car. And the performance is pretty good with bolt ons.
Daily driver for just over a year now. It is the best-ever family shuttlecraft we've ever had. Power when needed. Sleek looks. Grand legacy and the most important part you'd mentioned - FUN! We'll have this car a good long time, sharing our adventures (coming as October arrives!). Regarding the power: Totally agreed that THIS is the one that should be on "the roads." We test-drove the Scat and the Hellcat and - it's insane that that kind of power is put onto standard American roadways. The lack of understanding and respect for what is generated there is one of the giant red lights in the MOPAR community to be sure. About the interior - I've never felt that this was "cheap" by any stretch, but I've never had anything more expensive than this car. I think it might just be something to hate on for hate-ing on's sake. Thanks for your review!
Thankyou for this review, I have had a love for the Dodge Charger since this version got released, I also cant get enough of seeing those rear tail lights stretching across the rear end, like too see any other versions of Charger and Challenger reviews , very sad we don't get them here in Australia 🇦🇺.
@@MeynMotorGroup, Australia only just got the Corvette last year, but it's unaffordable at least $150,000 AUD, I am a former GM Holden employee, and remember seeing prototype Camaros, in Camouflage and car bras, so they were designed and tested by Holden in Melbourne, in case you didn't know, but were not sold here, I also love your Cadillacs, still not sold here, but they do in Russia.
Oh wow that's crazy and is very expensive. The Chargers and Vettes could have done well for a long time in Australia I feel like. That's awesome you used to work for GM/Holden. Cadillacs are incredible again, surprised it's not sold there. Thanks for all this excellent insight, had no idea about any of the availability in Australia. I think there were some cool Fords available like the Falcon or something
You missed putting it on sport mode and putting all the performance settings on sport as well. It add an extra kick and opens the throttle more which makes it sounds louder as well
I got to test drive a ‘21 charger RT similar to this yesterday. After driving the SXT just two days earlier, it feels like the RT handled so much better, at least for me.
I had a 2011 RT the year the body style was released. I would rate it 3 out of 5 for reliability, but 5 out of 5 for fun and just feeling good driving around.
I like the Charger RT and GT since they are more affordable but I'll add the tech, premium audio, and all the safety tech. But for now I'm planning to stick with my Civic Sport hatch then move up to the upcoming Acura TLX A-Spec and eventually I'll get the Charger Scat Pack or Grand Cherokee TrackHawk in 5 years maybe as a secondary.
I’ve got the rt. First performance v8. Got it at 18. Getting a little squirmy to get a 6.4. The rt is perfect as long as your not a crazy car guy. I just want more power
i say this because, i previously owned a '13 rt charger with R/T PACKAGE 3.09 gears, if you want a r/t to have a lil fun in make sure it's rt badges are red , look out for up badges , youll know if it dosen't have srt seats...if you want powerful daily cruiser without the frills, then get the chrome badge R/T 2.62 gears.... the daytona 5.7 is very cool but only has 2.62 gears
My 2021 rt blacktop edition was 41 k sticker price 0 miles in 2021 . its been a pleasure to own over time can't wait to remove the mufflers then eventually high flow cats with long tube headers / Great review bro .
@@MeynMotorGroup thanks bro I appreciate it and would recommend it to anyone , the scat was 47-49 sticker price so I stayed with my rt also got a great deal on the red leather interior and door panels after the purchase the cloth was not doing it for me .
Why does everyone say not the best quality or best materials. Last i checked everybody even lambo and bently uses plastic and metal now days. Everybody cried qhen cars manufactures used velvet and cloth and glass
You got to be kidding, he thought that we wouldn't watch if he reviewed something besides a Lexus lol. I didn't know that he is Mopar enthusiast, and am building a Challenger SRT8 right now myself. Btw, the seats hold up really well and are still like new in mine. The 5.7 cars have quite a bit of body roll, because they don't have Bilstein suspension and is more than just power differences
Been a Mopar nut since the intrepid 😆 thought it looked so cool when I was a kid then the Challenger came out in 08 Best car ever lol Man I hope you film videos of your build would make for great content! Thanks for supporting, as you can see by a lot of my content and reviews, there are so many Lexus fans on my channel 😆
@@MeynMotorGroup @Exhaust Sports Auto cool man, yeah l fell in love with Challenger when it came out in 08 as well and wanted one ever since. So when the time was right, I got one and has been a blast. I have made a couple of short vids, and will be doing more once I get the new racing wheels & drag radials on it. I have been shopping for them all week and think that I'm going to go with Mickey Thompson 305s, or 315s and can't wait to get them on it. I also really like the LC 500s, and are sweet rides to
Seriously they need to upgrade that interior. It is the exact same interior as the 2011 I owned back then. This is one of the primary reasons why I never upgraded or bought another. I want to see Dodge upgrade the interior and refresh the exterior. Look at what Ram did. They blew it out of the water. Dodge needs to catch up.
noticed you dont have the high performance pkg on this model. Wouldnt that possibly eliminate the so called float situations? ... do you have a take on dodge s add on high performance suspension withn the brembo pkg?
What you're saying about the interior I definitely wouldn't disagree with I don't think anybody would but with the ram aside the new Ram aside it's kind of a Mopar tradition to have the cheapest interior going back to the 60s
Only Dodge, maybe Toyota, can give you the same car for 15 years and sales continually increase... lol The 5.7 Charger is a very predictable car and doesn't pretend to be anything its not. Lord knows, I've had my share of Mopar vehicles... Charger x2, Ram 1500, SRT8 Jeep, Challenger Hellcat, and Trackhawk. Not many powerful, roomy, and simple American sedans on the market anymore.... its a dying breed.
Haha true and man what a list of sick mopar whips you owned and experienced, living the Mopar dream for sure 👍 And yes it is sad that vehicles like this are going away. Thanks again for stopping by
I love the charger rt almost bought one, the exhaust sounds so good, so good on the 5.7 with the active exhaust, the power is more than good enough for me, the reason I didn’t buy it is because oh the bad crash test rating, scored pretty low, that’s the dealbreaker, otherwise I love it
Yes despite the high curb weight the safety is rather poor on these beasts. Such a shame mustangs and camaros don't fair well either I admit that is a turn off
ahh yes excellent choice, if you want a Mopar V8 and driving feel with awd, Durango is the way to go. I would avoid the v6 in these cars even though I know the Charger GT V6 comes in AWD. V8 is what makes Dodge great
I want a Durango rt man. Trying to finance a 2019 GT or R/T. Idk in the time my credit might still not be enough and I’m saving $10k as a downpayment for it. It’s my first car that I’m trying to get
I think of it this way...Dodge has 4 kids 3 boys 1 girl 3.6 the daughter 5.7 the youngest son but has potential 6.2 the over achiever 6.4 the family favorite
Only thing that you must upgrade to get a nice feel of the car with no issues get some shorty headers or mid muffler delete or straight pipe it and you will get your money worth and of course more addictive to driving it and making it your everyday commute
Idk kinda seems underpowered for a V8. 370hp 0-60 in 5.2 seconds? The new Camaro RS has 335hp and does 0-60 in 5.4 seconds. I get the weight difference between the two. That is why I wish the cCharger RT came in with just a bit more hp.
Banana Republic Core Temp polo! Best freaking men's polos ever been looking everywhere for one that I can throw in the wash and dryer and not shrink finally found one! And thanks for stopping by 😆
I recently purchased a used 2019 Daytona 5.7 with 70k miles on it for 35msrp and the price after everything ended up being 45k was that too much? And do you recommend me turning it back?
Are you in California? Because that's the only explanation I can think of for a 35k car turning into 45k is the crazy taxes. If you sold that car today at best it is worth around $30k trade in and private sale is like $33k at best. Did you grab any extra warranties or coverage? If not then I would look over your finance contract and see what you signed up for
@@MeynMotorGroup thank you for the help! I’m 20 so I don’t really know much much, I had trade in my 2021 Honda Accord for it , I’m not sure if I’m getting ripped off 😢
Well I'm sorry to say once you sign the papers the car is yours. You unfortunately did not get a good deal on it but whatever such as life. I guess you would just have to pay it off early or something and keep it or take a personal loan out for 15k and cover the difference but I suppose next time you buy a car take someone with you. I personally only buy new cars or CPO cars at worst. But best or luck it's a fun car try and enjoy it at this point
That's good that your car lasted. Most people do not share that positive experience owning an FCA vehicle long term. Mechanics even shy away despite how fun they are. I would only lease new one. But def keep yours since it is holding up
@Speed Gate thats cuz it’s still pretty new 61k is not much. New Dodge cars have a hard time reaching or going past 100k or 200k cux they get a lot of weird problems like the transmission or general engine problems mostly cuz people don’t know how properly to maintain them and they drive the hell out of them
For rite now I'm stick with my 2016 dodge charger sxt..I did alot of moding I put bodykit, hellcat spolier, hellcat hood oem..hellcat rims and front splitter..I'm more bout looks than speed...I'm good👍
If you need more HP just step up to a Scat Pack. For the amount of money that's going to be spent modifying and voiding the warranty on 5.7 just buy the 6.4 to begin with and Dave yourself the trouble.
4:07 ish just wanna clean up that “camaro is just a coupe” you can get a Chevy ss older year unfortunately but still a 4 door v8 sedan putting out lots of power, ( not trying to be that one guy just didn’t know if others knew that Chevy has more than a camaro and vette) but Ford yeah they just have coupes but I’d say Chevy and mopar are top of the board

same car my dad has, hemi v8 5.7 liters. Added a muffler to it, and added red tape to the calipers to make it look cool 😂
Not the kinda car u would normally see in the street, it’s pretty rare if u ask me.
Yea these things are great really makes for an awesome daily but yes, best to purchase it new. Thanks again my friend
This is a NO NONSENSE Review.....
ANYONE interested in a Dodge CHARGER.......
This is a Must WATCH video.....TWICE......
Appreciate that my friend humbled you found value!
Sounds like your knocking the reliability. They are extremely reliable if you take care of them.
Exactly
first time viewer, loved this video man! appreciate your commentary as a general auto enthusiast, I own a older SRT and find it hard to portray the value to my euro snob friends haha.
Recently got my 23’ rt and I love it, also wolfpack nation baby ✊🏻
For sure my friend this really is about as fun as it gets for daily drivers! Thanks again for stopping by!
How is an RT as a daily driver? Thanks!
@@Genes1s___ wonderful. Had mine for a year. Perfect if you wanna have fun on the streets and perfect for the family.
“You can drive like a douche bag” 😂😂😂 caught me off guard (I was eating)
i have this year in black only felt that floating sensation when hitting like 140+, put around 30,000 miles on no issues love the car.
did u have the high performance sus pkg?
ITS pretty funny how a 13 sec car is now called slow in the 90s thats a fast car lol
Thankyou for this review, I have had a love for the Dodge Charger since this version got released, I also cant get enough of seeing those rear tail lights stretching across the rear end, like too see any other versions of Charger and Challenger reviews , very sad we don't get them here in Australia 🇦🇺.
Oh that's crazy that Australia doesn't have these because Australia loves the Commodore or the Chevy SS as they call it here.
Great review Kevin, thank you.
You missed putting it on sport mode and putting all the performance settings on sport as well. It add an extra kick and opens the throttle more which makes it sounds louder as well
The modes are very cute but sadly a button will not turn this into a scat pack and that’s ok this is fine the way it is for street driving
I just brought one 2 days ago love it
The 5.7 is better than walking
Definitely need the plus package and I’d say probably should get the premium interior package.
Last of the OG platforms. Good job Kevin.
It is! And thanks again my friend
Solid plan my friend!
it'll be used tho
I’ve got the rt. First performance v8. Got it at 18. Getting a little squirmy to get a 6.4. The rt is perfect as long as your not a crazy car guy. I just want more power
I had 2020 skat the a used 2016 hellcat that was dragged threw the mud i was like let me get the daytona rt nice power and a good daily for most part
I like keep the car for 10 to 15 years u think dodge charge Rt can hold 15 years with out major issue ?
Rt is good I got mine challenger Rt plus frostbite 2020 about 3 weeks ago loving it
Massive congrats! It's an epic vehicle!
Thanks a lot
I love the 2015/23 facelift chargers however the 2011/14 IMO is the best design.
Holds up well and lasts. Great car.
I love it for sure a legitimately fun car normal humans can afford
2006 RT 148k miles still going strong... no major problems , love driving it!👍
@@anthonyhunter450 what problem u have with u RT ?
i say this because, i previously owned a '13 rt charger with R/T PACKAGE 3.09 gears, if you want a r/t to have a lil fun in make sure it's rt badges are red , look out for up badges , youll know if it dosen't have srt seats...if you want powerful daily cruiser without the frills, then get the chrome badge R/T 2.62 gears.... the daytona 5.7 is very cool but only has 2.62 gears
Interesting info thank you!
My 2021 rt blacktop edition was 41 k sticker price 0 miles in 2021 . its been a pleasure to own over time can't wait to remove the mufflers then eventually high flow cats with long tube headers / Great review bro .
Massive congrats my friend on your 2021 RT really a great car and glad you're enjoying it!
@@MeynMotorGroup thanks bro I appreciate it and would recommend it to anyone , the scat was 47-49 sticker price so I stayed with my rt also got a great deal on the red leather interior and door panels after the purchase the cloth was not doing it for me .
@@Mike1- yea I think you made a great choice it’s tough getting the nice interior colors and leather seats, enjoy!
@@MeynMotorGroup thanks bro , best to you as well 👍🏽
Why does everyone say not the best quality or best materials. Last i checked everybody even lambo and bently uses plastic and metal now days. Everybody cried qhen cars manufactures used velvet and cloth and glass
"I'm sure things will go wrong with it" , chintzy start button". Wow, great review. Putz!
Been a Mopar nut since the intrepid 😆 thought it looked so cool when I was a kid then the Challenger came out in 08 Best car ever lol
Man I hope you film videos of your build would make for great content!
Technically not all occupants have heated seats….middle row rear doesn’t get them.
Just ordered one picking up next week!!
I have a 2021 Dodge Charger Daytona. I love it.
As you should my friend
"im losing traction, i like that"
thanks for the review, watching this to get more input on the Chrysler 300S V8. pretty much the same car with a quieter exhaust I believe.
noticed you dont have the high performance pkg on this model.
Jesus Christ luvs us all ❤️
WHAT A BEAUTY!! WHATS YOUR TAKE ON HANDLING IN SNOW/winter season?????
comon sense, 4 snows, and an extra 100 lbs sand bag in the boot!
Mid muffler delete!!! I love mine on my 2017 5.7 Daytona
That would sound sick!
May I ask what you do for a living? Or something around those lines? I used to work at a fedex ground making $15 an hour
@@kinglui374 I'm a firefighter and my wife is a school teacher.
@@kinglui374 I’m pretty sure you could be an owner with $15 an hour
Only Dodge, maybe Toyota, can give you the same car for 15 years and sales continually increase... lol The 5.7 Charger is a very predictable car and doesn't pretend to be anything its not. Lord knows, I've had my share of Mopar vehicles... Charger x2, Ram 1500, SRT8 Jeep, Challenger Hellcat, and Trackhawk.
Not many powerful, roomy, and simple American sedans on the market anymore.... its a dying breed.
Haha true and man what a list of sick mopar whips you owned and experienced, living the Mopar dream for sure 👍
And yes it is sad that vehicles like this are going away. Thanks again for stopping by
I have a 2007 RT.. mint and I love it
Thinking about a rt instead of a scat because I’m not a racer lol
My brother pushed the gas and listened to the hemi purr and said 😚👌🏾 excellent 🤣🤣
Such a shame mustangs and camaros don't fair well either I admit that is a turn off
Yeah i don’t think it would take that much effort for the to improve their offset crash performance but, you know, FCA...
I crashed my charger and it held up really nice 😅
@@richardh3587 _
5 star safety rating
I’m planning on getting a 5.7 hemi after I pay my car off they not bad cars and really slept on
If they made it with AWD I’d buy one immediately. Since they don’t I opted for the Durango R/T
ahh yes excellent choice, if you want a Mopar V8 and driving feel with awd, Durango is the way to go. I would avoid the v6 in these cars even though I know the Charger GT V6 comes in AWD. V8 is what makes Dodge great
My 2014 Charger RT AWD is amazing. Don’t know why they stopped making them 🤦🏻♂️
I want a Durango rt man. Trying to finance a 2019 GT or R/T. Idk in the time my credit might still not be enough and I’m saving $10k as a downpayment for it. It’s my first car that I’m trying to get
@@kinglui374 I would go for the R/T but the GT looks good too! You can get a decent used 19 or 20 right now for a pretty good deal with low miles
I think of it this way...Dodge has 4 kids 3 boys 1 girl
3.6 the daughter
5.7 the youngest son but has potential
6.2 the over achiever
6.4 the family favorite
At my local dealer in NJ they had a manual challenger rt for 36K. What a great value
These really are great value for fun love Dodge!
Only thing that you must upgrade to get a nice feel of the car with no issues get some shorty headers or mid muffler delete or straight pipe it and you will get your money worth and of course more addictive to driving it and making it your everyday commute
"Longtubes"
@@zappyxp1575 yes sir but unfortunately for us cali natives it’s not that easy lol 😂
@@fairfax_fran5109 ahhhh well that explains it lol. But you can get away with the mid delete or straight piping it?
@@zappyxp1575 mid delete yes but if they see the rear resonators missing it’s a modified exhaust fixing ticket Cali cops sucks 😭
The cloth checkerboard plaid seats are hideous. Definitely get the plus with the nappa leather/ alcantara heated vented power memory seats.
12:42 Bro was thinking about the Viper engine
Idk kinda seems underpowered for a V8. 370hp 0-60 in 5.2 seconds? The new Camaro RS has 335hp and does 0-60 in 5.4 seconds. I get the weight difference between the two. That is why I wish the cCharger RT came in with just a bit more hp.
Charger is the best car to get for those that have kids. Otherwise I agree I’d rather get a Camaro.
Not necessarily underpowered, just outdated. V8s had no more than 300hp not too long ago.
That’s where the Scat Pack comes in
I didn’t know there was an RT Daytona trim, I thought they only came on the 6.4
No
"Will it satisfy?" Bitch most people can't even afford the V6 one 😂😂😂😂
Umm...
😂
I wonder if Dodge fixed the weak exhaust manifold bolts that kept snapping.
Rt is a great car
Great video!
Thank you my friend!
He is a great reviewer on video

Thank you my friend! And if you need AWD, get a Durango 😉
I’m 20 so I don’t really know much much, I had trade in my 2021 Honda Accord for it , I’m not sure if I’m getting ripped off 😢
@@MeynMotorGroup and no I’m in Texas!!
@@MeynMotorGroup so if you could please help me and give me advice I’ll gladly appreciate it!!
I rented a 21 Daytona Hemi on vacation last week
Talk about a nice surprise. Paddle shifters, shift on the column, and 4 doors. I'm a pickup guy but, that 5.7 Hemi was a great time.
I can agree on the quality and the fun he says dodge do but thats why you only lease these things.
Yea these are super fun to buy new and enjoy for a few years
Exhaust Sports Auto I do wish they made them better tho that way I would get one knowing it would last and not break down so fast
Yea I know but just one of the ways they can keep the costs low
That's good that your car lasted. Most people do not share that positive experience owning an FCA vehicle long term. Mechanics even shy away despite how fun they are. I would only lease new one. But def keep yours since it is holding up
@Speed Gate thats cuz it’s still pretty new 61k is not much. New Dodge cars have a hard time reaching or going past 100k or 200k cux they get a lot of weird problems like the transmission or general engine problems mostly cuz people don’t know how properly to maintain them and they drive the hell out of them
For rite now I'm stick with my 2016 dodge charger sxt..I did alot of moding I put bodykit, hellcat spolier, hellcat hood oem..hellcat rims and front splitter..I'm more bout looks than speed...I'm good👍
Lexus freak checking in...
Haha welcome my friend always happy to have you here and humbled you stopped by on a Dodge video 😆
“Excellent”
So no one is going to talk about how this is a downgrade to the previous Daytona’s lol
No side badge on the Daytona?
Could you add more hp to this ? Or would it be bad
If you need more HP just step up to a Scat Pack. For the amount of money that's going to be spent modifying and voiding the warranty on 5.7 just buy the 6.4 to begin with and Dave yourself the trouble.
@@MeynMotorGroup thank you 💯

Yea I kind of meant it as a joke but people who really take care of these cars and do perfect maintenance haven't really had issues
I don’t know man I’d take a Ford over a Chevy (New), but Dodge takes the cake.
Excellent
