I'm always a fan of European heroes in marvel and DC comics, so great to see some getting the spotlight in your next few videos.

I grew up reading comics in the 70’s and 80’s. Reading these issues as they came out, these stories all made perfect sense to me at the time. But now (many years removed) hearing them again, they sound incredibly convoluted and contrived.
On a side note: I always liked Union Jack (and Destroyer, too) and wanted Marvel to do more with the characters back when I was a regular reader.
Crazy pull
The more you cover the older characters from older comics, the more I wish I could hop into a time machine and visit a newsstand or comic shop in the 70s or 80s to pick up the issues you highlight when they were brand-new on the spinner racks.
Sometimes I imagine what it would be like to have replicators from Star Trek TNG/ DS9/ Voyager, to be able to replicate whatever comic I wanted whenever I wanted.
If my collection was getting too big or I wanted to just switch whatever out, I could put them into the replicator for demolecularization and replicate other books.
Even in the far-off future of Star Trek, you'd see Captain Picard reading a physical book and people having books in their quarters.
In that regard, I'd be more like lieutenant Tom Paris from Voyager, with comic books displayed around my quarters and comic posters from shops in the 80s and 90s displayed on my walls.
that would be awesome. I have the Marvel Unlimited App, so a lot of everything is available to me to read......but there really isn't anything like a physical copy in your hands.....especially the older stuff....it has a different feel to it.....

I only became aware of Union Jack from Knights of Pendragon. That was a great book up until they changed it to the more "superhero" story. I would love to see a video of that!

You know, you should review both Marvel and DC's Crusaders...
In the 70s, Marvel and DC both had ongoing titles that were revivals of WWII characters, the Invaders and the Freedom Fighters, so to make fun of this, both comics had a team called the Crusaders show up. DC's Crusaders were based on the Invaders and Marvel's Crusaders were based on the Freedom Fighters. It's an interesting story.
