Ehsan A yeah that’s a good intro too. I think Now I’m Here is best with a “calmer” setlist while the fast version of We Will Rock You makes sense for setlists that have more of the rock songs like Montreal had
As great as this version is I remember the general feeling of confusion in the audience when I first heard it during the Jazz tour. The studio version is so iconic that it took balls to open with an alternate version that even the most die hard fans had never heard, but that was Queen. No shortage of balls.

There are probably lots of people watching this, looking at the people in the audience, and saying "That's my mum", "That's my dad", "That's my aunt", "That's my uncle" etc.

It's just not evident in the newer versions, as I have several diff copies, CD's and a tape of the show I made off the TV that PBS aired. Apparently the film crew (who were completely different from Queen's staff) were being really rude to the audience before the show started, and butting heads with Queen's crew before the show as well. So by the time the show started a lot of people were in a bad mood. But Queen wins them over by the end of the show and everyone's finally on their feet (like they were the entire time when I saw Queen on this tour).
