    Zsasz has always creeped me out the most because he is the only villain that I thought could actually exist.

      ***** Most Batman villains are plausible except Bane, Killer Croc, Solomon Grundy, Clayface, Poison Ivy, and Mr. Freeze.
      The rest are just crime bosses and serial killers.

      Well, bane could exist. Like in the Dark Kinght Rises, he wasnt using venom he was just numbing any pain that came to him so he couldn't be hurt. But he is the least realistic of the realistics

      ***** Maybe because he works for Carmine Falcone, who ordered him to use a gun (Falcone prefer clean hits it seems). I think if Zsasz would be allowed to do what he want to do (He was defiant when Falcone ordered him to stand down and let Bullock and Gordon, leave his house alive). But it would be more fun if he used knives or did some kills outside the mob with a completely different MO (like using knives), behind Falcone's back... (Or he might become an accomplice to Penguin, who is currently on the rise and already has shown to be very cunning and can be very violent from time to time.)

    The reason why Zsasz is the most horrific Batman villain is because he is actually the most realistic one.

      A villain who's realistic can be the most scary.
      That's why I think characters Victor Zsasz and Heath Ledger's version of Joker are so scary.
      An insane killer who came from a happy family; kills to give his life meaning; and thinks he's helping people by killing them.
      An insane Anarchist who wants to watch the world burn for his own entertainment; takes control by striking fear into everyone's heart; and wants to prove everyone is just as insane as he is.

    I actually think Penguin's the scariest Batman villain. Why? Because unlike other classic villains like The Joker, Riddler, and Zsasz, Penguin's perfectly sane. While other villains kill and torture because they have a compulsion to do so, Penguin's sole motivation to do so is because he watching other people suffer.

    • @DannyMorrs
      @DannyMorrs 9 років тому +35

      Sorry, did you call him sane? You realize you said he enjoys watching people suffer, right? No sane person does that. He also (if I'm remembering correctly) lives with penguins, and uses umbrellas as his main weapons. Not exactly normal.

    • @CoffeePoints
      @CoffeePoints 9 років тому +8

      DannyMorrs
      He still chooses the inflict pain though. It's not like Zsasz here who has a compulsion he can't control

    • @DannyMorrs
      @DannyMorrs 9 років тому +13

      TheMightyWill I'd say both are insane, but in different ways. Zsasz kills because of his supposed "mission" in life, while Cobblepot kills due to enjoyment. No "perfectly sane" person does that, as normal people usually don't like giving or receiving pain (BDSM is up to your opinion). Choosing to inflict the pain might even make the Penguin more insane than if he couldn't control it, as he has no motive: he simply loves death and pain.
      I do agree with you, though, that Cobblepot is one of the few Batman villains who could still seem normal to society. He could blend in until he wants to be seen, and then show how sadistic he is.

    • @k9commander
      @k9commander 9 років тому +8

      DannyMorrs Not being normal doesn't mean your insane. So what he enjoys the company of penguins. Lots of people have strange and exotic pets. He uses umbrellas as weapons. So do the Kingsman agents. As for enjoying watching people suffer, have you ever watched a fail video? Have you ever laughed when a guy falls on his butt or hits his groin? Penguin just takes it to a MUCH higher level. He's sane. Just evil.

    • @CoffeePoints
      @CoffeePoints 9 років тому +7

      k9commander
      I agree with all this. And I'd also like to add that Zsasz genuinely believes he's doing the right thing, he actually thinks killing people is helping them. The Penguin knows full well just how fucked up his actions are.

    Though I realize *the MAIN reason* they don't permanently kill off villains in comics is because *they're popular* and it be too much of a hassle to make a new villain every month. Zsasz is one of those sick fucks who just needs to be put down permanently. sometimes its necessary to kill. Someone who refuses to kill another may appear to be morally righteous, but they’re really just selfish. They are unwilling to set aside their conscience, beliefs, and sense of self-righteousness to save innumerable people’s lives. Their own guilt and feelings are prioritized over others safety. killing may be wrong morally, but in reality, sometimes morals and guilt need to be set aside for the sake of others. I know its taboo to bring up anime here but Ya know Future Trunks from DBZ was kind, humble, helpful but easily the most lethal killer in that series if you threatened innocnet people haha Wolverine is the type of hero who will do it then be like “Yea okay slap me on the wrist….I’m not sorry though bub”. Ehh it was just something I was thinking since I just watched them. Anti-heroes For Life Lol

      How many people can you kill before your view of the world is prefect? None of us are gods so we shouldn't be killing anyone. That's what prison is for, to punish people for wrong doing. Besides death is supposed to the a rest of eternal peace. Why give peace to the wicked when you can make them suffer for the rest of their lives.

    • @JaxBlade
      @JaxBlade 9 років тому +29

      Ill put it to ya like this. Lets say you have an innocent lil daughter who one day gets abducted raped cut up and the person who did it gleefully did it. and he gets caught and he's locked away but he escapes and does it again. and ya lock him up once more and he escapes once again yadda yadda you see where Im going. All those innocent lives couldve been saved if someone just took him out. Again like I said why I like Wolverine, Punisher, and Future Trunks lol they don't play that shit they will end you and have a BBQ afterwards. If you're gonna try and say that whole judge jury executioner thing and no right to, many people have said this before and no offense I agree to disagree and will not be swayed. Anyways these comic villains are only still around cause they're Popular that is legit the main reason.

      @Bladeslingersgamepreserve 9 років тому +23

    • @Midsomnyx
      @Midsomnyx 9 років тому +15

      Jaeger Newman The whole point of Batman's rogue gallery is the majority of them are criminally insane, which is why nearly every Batman villain has been to or is in Arkham Asylum. If someone is proven insane, you legally can't execute them. I think Joker actually has been on death row after it was determined he was beyond psychiatric help, but managed to escape. I've actually seen a few villains on death row after leaving the asylum, like Killer Croc, but as you could imagine, they escape.

    • @Volvagia1927
      @Volvagia1927 9 років тому +8

      ***** If we're talking anything I've heard of released by each company?
      I can at least give you Marvel:
      10. Ravage 2099 (From the already weak first issue that is so lazy that the protagonist's last name is ACTUALLY Ravage to the bizarre initial costume to the ultimate turn of the character becoming Eco-Wolverine, this thing was a mess.)
      9. US-1 (And now for something completely different, we have this goofy slot car tie-in work. How goofy, you may be asking? The series ends with him as a space trucker goofy. And no, not like Alien, I mean HIS SEMI-TRUCK CAN GO INTO SPACE.)
      8. Cable: Blood and Metal. (Cable is a colossal jerk, the timeline shenanigans are nonsense and the art is an early 90s Mess straight from Rob Liefeld's pen.)
      7. The Adventures of the Kool-Aid Man (It's a comic about the Kool-Aid Man where the first issue features a kid kissing him in congratulations and his villains being dumb jerk predecessors of the Angry Sun.)
      6. Ultimatum (Couldn't let this kill crazy story off completely if we're strictly talking about Marvel here. It's not AS bad as some want you to think it is, but it's still pretty darn bad.)
      5. Secret Defenders #9-10 (Yeah, to anyone who thinks Rob Liefeld is the absolute worst comic art gets, I'd dare them to look at any of this art and still say that.)
      4. Maximum Clonage (Really, what position you give One More Day and what position you give this depends on whether hard to repair or ignore writing (One More Day) or terrible artwork (this) is your bigger sticking point. Me, I lean on the writing that's hard to repair or ignore.)
      3. One More Day (Spider-Man, who if Marvel wanted him to be good, would learn some G-D RESPONSIBILITY, makes a DEAL WITH A DEMON selling his marriage to keep an eighty-something-year-old who TOLD HIM TO LET HER PASS alive. Wow. DANNY FENTON would tell you to be more of a man.)
      2. Avengers #200 (The story comes and goes and what's happened? Well, it's been revealed just how okay your editorial staff might be with rape, you've almost ruined your most important superheroine who's not tied to the X-Men AND you've wasted our time with a boring double length story that is terrible as a milestone.)
      1. Marville. (Could it be anything else? Every issue goes lower and lower into the depths of Bill Jemas' twisted brain and, though judging individual issues nothing is worse than Avengers #200, it's FAR WORSE as a collective.)

    • @animegamingnerd
      @animegamingnerd 9 років тому

      Volvagia1927 decent list though i wouldn't put Kool-Aid man on there and would of put Sin's Past on there since it did single handily ruin the character of Gwen Stacy and would of just put the Clone Saga as a whole instead of just Maximum Clonaga, and maybe swap either 10, 9, 8, or 7 for Ultimate's 3.

    I think I can understand why Victor did what he did.
    We all have the feeling of emptiness in us, at least sometimes we do.
    But death is not the answer - the REAL answer is to live on with our lives until the day of finding that one thing or person that can at least help fill that void for real.

      He did find something to fill the void, gambling and when that turned on Him He perceived He had nothing else to live for; so He turned to murder.
      To a desperate (in the true meaning of the word), sociopath murder is an acceptable approach to solving a problem.

And just as much shoes the stark difference in their outcomes while having similar stories. He should def have a cameo or a 5 min scene in a film
