My favourite line from this whole show, one that reinforces to me that it's really a parody of itself to begin with, is "The rounds used in competitions are live, but they're used with an emphasis on safety."
This anime gave me an aneurysm. All it took was one clip of a Maus being lifted off the ground by Hetzer to cause a mild stroke.
@@StudleyDuderight to be fair, soon after, the hetzer just dies. So yeah

having a very strategic mind the tactics in the show made me a little mad but all in all loved it
@@That_Dude9042eh, it can get pretty cool, though some of it is definitely ridiculous lol.
Like how Miho using city to trap and outmaneuver the British/British-Soviet alliance, with her team driving the tank forward to turn their gun barrel quickly, shooting the british's front tank, weakening and slowing down Rosehip's group in a single move.
There are also the Volleyball team and Freshman team smartly using their knowledge of the terrain in that same movie too.
Yukari being black was the funniest most sudden asspull I’ve ever seen and I love it.

WinterShade to add onto your point, when stuff pens a tank's hull, it usually doesn't have the energy to pen the other side, these sending a nice blizzard of metal all over the inside that will just keep bouncing till nothing but chunky salsa is left.
I nearly fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard when they showed the promotional video of the tank getting hit by a TOW missile.
RIP whoever was in that tank. Doesn’t look like it survived that one.
Very late (and nitpicky), i know. But that wasn't a TOW, that was a LOSAT kinetic kill ATGM, it really is that fast (no editing magic there) and kills tanks with sheer speed.

This is the 4th time i'm seeing through this series, and i finally realized something. The opening is freaking awesome!!
This series is amazing. Both the actual show and the abridged version. It's hard to believe it took so long to find GuP, and I can't believe it took even longer to find GuP Abridged.
It's amazing how much effort you and your team put into this little series, and I can't wait for episode 8 to release.
