Meditation and eating healthy made the difference. Meds are temporary. The mind can deal with the pain if you keep positive and focus on the new you to come.

Extremely powerful! It worked! I had major dental surgery yesterday and I was on a lot of pain meds but suddenly the pain became very intense in the middle of the night and I couldn’t sleep. I turned this on and within 10 minutes the pain was gone and I slept the rest of the night. Thank you for making this! ❤
Just want to say thank you Tansy. For a long time I didn't sleep good until I listened to your vids. I now usually get a good night sleep, except for the nights I don't listen. From falling asleep watching tv but im up half the night tossing and turning. Great job thank you.

Oh my gosh! I did not realize you would actually respond back! Thanks for thinking of me! I just woke up from u again! Would u ever consider creating a session where we are not on a beach? I am a such a lover of Mother Nature. Could you maybe talk about a walk in a safe green, soft place to take a snooze? My gram had a lovely hammock & I would walk down towards her lovel
Lovely garden, climb into the soft hammock, the scent of her many fruit trees was divine, not to mention the flowers!! Her cat would come & join me & we would snuggle down & slip away. The air was sooo soft & it was the most peaceful time for me! The view was grand & many times I would go & paint there. For those who find their peace & comfort in the earth, it was grand. I loved the sound of the birds & could see them nest I had put for them & I loved to watch their antics of coming & going, feeding their babies while I 1:36:20 1:36:20 was rocking in the hammock. Maybe not for everyone but I loved it when the kittens would come & play & the baby bunnies would arrive too. I would listen to Carlos Nakai, Native American music, sometimes, not always. The scent of the garden was the best! Anyhow, speaking of the best is you and I always know I will sleep when I hear your voice! Thanks again for all you do! I work all nite & my cat is upside down & snoring, lol! We both need to get a move on now! Blessings, Whitney
Your Amazing Your voice is the only one I sleep through the night 🌙 I wake up with other guides I fall asleep fast but when the video goes on commercial I am wide awake the rest of night cheers for sleep

I had the vaccine then ended up with Bell’s palsy and shingles covid pneumonia and 2 lung infections and now my entire body has broken out in huge 15 cm cysts. I don't understand all these images and what they have to do with sleep. Whenever I get relaxed enough to fall asleep, you direct me to another image. Now my mind is racing, struggling to imagine the image you described and fretting on what do I have to imagine next and how is it related to getting rest and relieving pain? If anything, the constant switching between image, scene and a place fuels my anxiety. It's hard to anticipate what you will do or say next, when I just want to RELAX and sleep.
Ok so what if her 5 new contexts were/are: 1- All I see is horizon 2- All I see is commitment ti consistency 3- All I see is my potentials 4- All I see is collecting my sparks I've been carrying to use 5- All I see is the values of being productive and strucrured
