Dirt bike wheels dont really need cush drives cos their "cush" is in the fact that its probably going to be ridden on dirt with knobblies and not a higher traction surface like road with a grippy sports tyre, you'll probably feel a little more harshness and add a little extra wear to the gearsets without it, but its a supermoto, its was never going ride smooth like a Rolls Royce even if it did have one. PS cheers for the update, looking at a set for a 300cc 2 stroke build.
Why not unbolt the front caliper instead of removing the rotor? I have the same setup and it literally takes 1 minute to yank 2 bolts rather than unbolt the rotor....
It's been a while since I have messed with it and you may be right, But I feel like there was a reason I did it this way. Not sure if I watched a video or tried my other possibilities. I'll give it a try next time I do it. Probably when it warms up lol
Stock DRZs pretty gutless so prob not end of the world you don't have Cush drive ... I had a SM version full of Yoshimura parts still was a slug Vs my Husky 450
How much they cost on the WHEELS /Tires and the disc does it come with them and bracket for the front brake rotor bracket?

Does that bike fit in the van? What’s the height of the Interior? I have a wr 450 and thinking about buying an Astro do you think it’d fit?
maybe without the windshield and leaned on its side. I've never tried it though. I have a hitch hauler for the bike and its rides well.
Damn dude you should try and make a video about it!
Where u located in Missouri bro
at 4.10 sounds like you spokes are loose. might want to retention.
