@RedPandaMining ❤ that was one fun event !! Thank you so much !! You are the very best in this community! I am going to have it hosted with Iowa crypto mining. ❤
I have two KS5L's that I'm hosting at IceRiver. Waiting for them to go online in the next couple of weeks. But, I also have KS5 Pros ordered in August batch, which I think is going to be a HUGE batch and add a ton of hashrate to the network. I expect rewards to go down, but by September I'm bullish that Kaspa's price will rally a lot, so the profit might still be rather high.
@@RainBitcoins We'll see. Usually the summer after a halving sucks, but then we get a nice rise in Bitcoin prices in Sept-Oct, even if the peak is still a ways away. That might also buoy Kaspa prices and help offset the increase in difficulty. As a project, I think Kaspa has a lot of upside, so I wouldn't be surprised if there's some decent price appreciation. Then again, crypto is fickle. Maybe prices don't keep up with the increase and hashrate and we're stuck with some mediocre returns.
I heard Kaspa mining is going to get harder because of all the monthly token burns. Plus I only have my GPU to work with. My landlord would freak out if I start using tons of Electricity. But best of luck. This is a great channel to learn mining from.
I don't think it really matters to put it in sleep, any chip as soon as it is not pulling any current, will start to automatically cool down, any heatsink dissipates heat whatever the chip is powered on or not.
That's actually very wrong when it comes to ASIC chips and under size heatsink that needs continuous air flow to Dissipate heat quickly before the chips gets overhead!! Every time you unplug without putting the miner to sleep you are running a risk, this is not some basic CPU or PC rules are totally different, that's the reason why that sleep option was coded in the first place, ASIC with really good heatsink does not have that option, so any ASIC with that option means that's the proper way to shutdown the miner.
@@jerome-jgI don't think so. Do you know what actually generates heat in first place? It's the current flowing through the chip. If there is no current, there is no more heat generated. This is how physics work. Lastly active and passive cooling are always taking place, even there is no airflow going to an heatsink, it still dissipates heat. This is how physics work.
Do you have a video showing the power setup from the panel to the unit? I can't find a video showing how the 220v twist runs to the actual ASIC, nor how many ASIC can be supported per breaker.
I've had to repaste my boards on a KS3M that I received in October. Very simple process. If you have an Iceriver from the same batch, ya might wanna check that thermal paste.
If you are buying any kaspa asic right now, ANY OF THEM, you HAVE TO MINE AND HOLD, if you mine and sell you will NEVER EVER break even on these things, so if you cant hodl to cover the cost of the kaspa asic DO NOT BUY THEM!!!!!!
Now it is difficult at 2 TH/s and was 1.7 per hour, whereas now it is 1.37 KH/s, lol, and going down. The difficulty is 510 P, crazy; it goes down every day.
Bro any advice for a person like me who wants to start a small mining rig inside a Semi Truck using a 5000 watts Power inverter ? Can you please honestly advise me what do I need to buy ? Thank you. I just want to mine cryptos like Kaspa or Spectre $SPR .
can we pls talk about pandas health issues? always sick:/ cant be a healthy life style. how long until we vultures have to find some other light in the end of the tunnel to glean off
So basically there going to be a huge spike on Diff and plus Kaspa high emission schedule and to be profitable we will be depending on Kaspa price right ? Why not buying coin itself if we ONLY depend on Kaspa price because of these 2 huge factors ? You know what only hope is for Kaspa mining is KRC20.I will also buy some just because of that hope otherwise nobody could make me buy a Kaspa miners from now on.

congratz on your miner jeromeg, if your electric rate is .25 then you will make 1 dollar daily after power, wtf panda, why in the world would you make a give-away for an older miner thats barely profitable anymore, but i get it, no one would buy such a thing anymore, no one... in my area i would loose money daily to just let it run...

Heck yeah man!
Red Panda, without you i didn't start to mine Crypto. THANK YOU! I started Crypto mining in 2020.
congratulations. welcome to the KASPA community.
Three KS5L test will be EPIC! Can't wait to see how it turns out. The mine and HODL method has treated me well so far! 💰
Just bought a few KS5L's and KS5M's. Bullish for the long term!

I have alot of kaspa miners too, but I'm not as bullish as you. I wish I was.

i cant wait for that next test. iv been wondering about the nicehash
I agree with you on holding. I pretty much hold everything till a zero is added. 😅
Either that, or until it goes to zero 🙂

Are you aaying Kaspa will be tougher to mine moving through August+?

One of my dead hash boards says otherwise

Do solo mining on the 3rd ks5

Hi mining with a KS3. Just wondered what was that website you were looking at to check the block rewards, thanks.

By the way, what do you think that how long the Kaspa mining will go based on the current pace of mining?
How can I win it. I’m from India
Hi Panda. ? For you? Off topic for this video but anyhow how would mining turn out with a dual CPU motherboard??
Maybe do unmineable to RVN or another lower coin and hold? Could be a neat test.
@RedPandamining timing is everything in mining. Obviously those who CPU mined Kaspa made the most. Lucky dogs.
Have a great weekend :)
It would make more sense to turn off the machine hot and let it cool by itself, cooling down quicker wears out solder faster.
Good morning, all.
I gotta wear ear protection every time I’m kicking it with RPM. 😅

During the krc I hit a block worth 250 kas 🎉🎉🎉
Haha same here... I only solo mine kaspa
Was a great GPU algo, to bad it was asic 🖖
Where did you buy it bro? everywhere i see it its going for $17,000 >.>
