It's difficult to listen to this song and not get teary a bit. This is also my favorite track by them so far. It won't be everyone's fav but I love the emotion from all of them in this. It's raw and special. Great music.

Drummer Marata Tamu just came back after giving birth to her son. So she is emotional during this song. They did their set, took a break to celebrate Hazukis birthday. They came back on stage to do this song, turned their mics to faceTamu. It’s why when Mayu gestures to her, she cries. Fighter is another great song of theirs.
When you realise this was the band welcoming back Tamu the drummer After having her baby they all had eyes on her and Mayu stayed turned to her the entire song .Live this was even better as there was the band talking about Tamu and they were all in tears .Also this was Hazuki's birthday it was her cake .Boys they will surprise you at every turn and no excuses this time i want to see you at the online concert on the 19th of June .Life is a awesome song and deep lyrics by Mayu .
I love how Tamu fought through the entire emotion of the song to play her drums. Don't forget the "live" streaming on June 19th where the ladies will join us in the audience to watch their pre recorded performance.

I was kind of getting annoyed at first because it seemed like you weren't really watching the performance and noticing the body language that was going on, with all of them facing Tamu, and Mayu singing directly to her, and Tamu trying hard not to lose it. I was like, WATCH THE VIDEO, because it looked like you were kind of grooving to the music with your eyes closed and missing what was actually happening, but by the end it was obvious that Alan for sure caught on. This one gets me every time. I love this band.
Others have explained why they facing and singing too Tamu. So Tamu auditioned for Yoshiki, for his Lady X Japan project and she played an X Japan song. Talk about confidence!! She also has been the drummer on an X Japan project by Daisuke Kurosawa. They are covering X Japan songs, very well. Plus she seems to be a very good cook from her UA-cam videos. Nemophilia have few videos that aren't great. Life is powerful, emotive, sadness ..tinged with a growing hopefulness, strength/determination; and it's performed skillfully by each of them on fire having some great synergy within the studio. I'd recommend (not the newest, but an unexpected sound of old and new classic melodies, vocals heartfelt and raw edged at times ..the other ingredient to a G&T cocktail alongside Nemo-s Life - IMHO) _Drop's - Kowashite (Destroy)_
