Your change in hairstyle and hair color definitely improved your appearance. Your smile is what keeps you looking young. I am 68 and always took excellent care of my skin but life happens but as get older, we change. I am a sinker so my face has hollowed considerably. Using Retinol, home red light therapy and upward massage have helped with that and my skin texture. I have one warning for anyone our age who dislikes our undereye "crinkles" that turned to "wrinkles". I spent $6000 for undereye blepharoplasty this summer that was a total waste of time and money. If you have undereye wrinkles, they are yours and no surgery will help with this. Just do your best, exercise and accept yourself. One day I noticed my 6-year-old granddaughter remarked on how old my hands were. I told her my hands, even though they are no longer pretty, are my favorite part of my body because they have worked so hard for me all these years. I showed her a rosebud and a day later showed it to her as a blooming rose, and then finally as rose pedals. Nature ages and so do we. How many celebrities have you seen who have had one facelift too many or too much Botox to the point of being unrecognizable? I would rather have my wrinkles and look like me with all my imperfections.

Plastic surgery isn't a quick fix though, at least 2 weeks with a swollen, bruised face, then a further 6 months for the numbness of scarring to improve etc etc, then after a period the winkles and sagging returns. Kimberly's way is far superior and healthier

I think the suspicious responses are partly because so many people do actually lie about why they look good. We've become a bit used to celebrities and others touting creams when in reality they had myriads of procedures done. Of course they haven't bother to actually listen to Kimberly or they'd know she's very real.

The 'before' pictures from the last 3 years are taken in such a way that they will of course be compared unfavourably - no pretty make-up, hair in need of styling, and not lit attractively. A good haircut, colour and blow-dry, pretty make-up and sitting in front of a strong ring light would work miracles on anyone as is clearly evident !

I trusted her and bought them for myself. They work if you use them. It’s a journey and commitment, but it’s the truth. You can do it too.

I think that you are a ‘unicorn’ and your results are remarkable because you are CONSISTENT. Most people buy the device or skincare and it sits in a drawer. That is why it is so hard for others to believe. You are creating a new narrative that must leave the medspa and plastic surgery elites shaking in their boots! I’m inspired by your results and applaud your consistency! It was evident when you traveled without your devices and you could see it on your face. Now that you are back to your routine you look refreshed and not pulled and weird like the results of fillers and surgery. Keep up the great work! Can you hear me singing, “I saw your face🎶Now I’m a believer!🎶” 😊

As an esthetician I can attest to the fact good skin care routines, at home modalities and diet play a huge role in skin health. I personally can tell you have not had any work done and or injections but I can also say you’ve put the daily work in to have beautiful skin. For a few years I did have Botox (makes me deathly ill) and fillers. When the c happened obviously I stopped and in the last few years I’ve learned to just love my natural self, I’ve even been letting my sparkly wisdoms hairs grow in!

Hello P-O-F ! First time on your channel. I'm a 32 years old French young man who discovered skincare 4 years ago. I discovered 5 things that started to make a huge difference in my skin : Number one is retinoids for firmness, fine lines and clarity. Number two is hyaluronic acid for hydratation and plumpness. Number three is lactic acid (or another mild acid) for exfoliation and hydration. Number four is a very gentle, soft cleanser. Number five is sunscreen. I don't use any moisturizing cream because I don't have dry skin but I have/had acne-prone skin. I may be young still, but just like you I saw improvements during the last 4 years ! The most effective product being tretinoin (the strongest retinoid). This is a true game changer. Since I'm a man with thicker skin, I can use it on my neck as well. People don't realize that this product, after two or 3 years of consistant use, can show results on mature skin that are just as impressive as an in-office procedure. You might want to insist a little more on this point in order to get rid of ignorance that people deal with and come to express around here... Take care !

My skin has improved soooo much since finding your channel. I think plastic surgery doesn’t look real. It looks weird. Even if we can’t look younger, we can certainly look better for the age we are. I’ve done everything you suggested and am so pleased with the results and you are right, you have to be diligent. You just have to keep it up. Not overnight, but little by little, you start noticing a big big difference. And you feel so much better about not only the way you look, but your whole life in general. I am very grateful to have found your channel. You are putting a lot of good out there!!

Looking 50+ is not a compliment to me (no disrespect to your nice comment, I assure you). Once we hit menopause, and until we reach old age, we're in that older phase where glow, firmness and plumpness are gone, but we're not decrepit yet. To me, looking 52 or 65 is not much different. What we all really want is to look in our prime, and that can't be. So, we settle for looking just a bit less old.

I am 71 soon to be 72 in November. I have had nothing done to my face. I am fortunate that I have really good skin. I am 100% Italian and I’ve always taken care of my skin since I was a teenager❤ I do not wear any makeup, stopped at 62. Nor do I dye my hair, I have some gray coming in but not much❤ even if there was a lot of gray and I had a lot of wrinkles. It doesn’t bother me in the least. Thank you for a great video and for coming clean😂😂❤ my granddaughters always tell me that when they get my age they hope their skin is as good as mine. and I just tell them take care of it now❤ the only toner I’ve ever used on my skin is witch hazel, and I use a good moisturizing lotion with SPF in it during the day.. at night., all I use is Cerave.. I drink 8 to 10 glasses of 8 ounce water a day, I eat healthy I walk my dog to 3 miles a day, and I work out with weights for upper body three times a week.. Have a blessed day🙏

Hey Faithy. me too. 71. and 72 in November and 100% Italian. I think genetics plays a very big part; when I was younger I drank, smoked and tanned, I stopped all that years ago. Honestly I can pass for 60. Wear little or no make up; wash with soap and water, day SPF 30, night Cerave. Now $$ wise I could never afford any of this stuff. I do find it interesting to watch UA-camrs evolve and perfect the way they apply make up. Kim is one and I never thought she has had anything other than what she says, done to her face. She looks great.

Just before your video, I watched one from a plastic surgeon who was talking about what you could do if you didn't want plastic surgery. He said that 50% of aging is the skin and its health, so there were a lot of things you could do to significantly improve skin through sunscreen, serums, health, and surface treatments. He said next was fat loss- specifically at the temples, around the eyes, and chin (the other fat just moves, so fillers don't help there and just give what he calls "pillow face"). He says the final piece is the facia loosening, which creates the sagging, and that is what a face lift addresses. He says without a face lift, there will always be some sagging, but you can still look great and have healthy skin. I wonder about facial exercises for the last piece- more resistance type like Facerobics, Flex Effect, or Ageless If You Dare. I think like other things it would take time and consistency, but might naturally help with some sagging. Have you tried facial exercises?

I love you 💞. I think exactly like you do. You have to be consistent and put in the time and you will see your skin improve! Thanks for being such a positive influence for people in their 50's, 60's and beyond!

If these people had watched you over the years, they wouldn’t be saying those things. Just ignore. You’ve done a fabulous job with your health/skin and you have taught us alot when we truly listen. Thank you! Could you please do a tutorial of this look please? It’s perfect- kind of natural and showcasing your best parts😎

One of the reasons that your channel is my favourite, is because you are so honest and candid. I have loved sharing your journey and you have inspired me to: have a consistent skincare routine; purchase/use at-home devices like red light therapy, dermarolling, and Myolift(TM); and improve my diet. Please keep going with your sense of kindness and humour! ❤ Oh, and I adore Dex the cat and Lucy Lou!
