I have an electric master built smoker from QVC and I don't get the bark on pork that y'all show on QVC

What temp and how long are you cooking?
I do mine @ 230, with a good rub. Usually takes an hour a pound. Give or take. Get a beautiful bark.
Remember 165 for sliced pork (less bark)
195-205 for pulled pork. (More bark)
Can't wait to try this out. I love chicken.

Right.. Seems charcoal smoker might be better suited. I have the Bronco by Oklahoma Joe's and I highly recommend it.
