This is the 3rd video in my appetizer series. Bacon wrapped Chicken tenderloins cooked on my Weber Copper Kettle. Super simple recipe that only takes an hour.

Hey. nice vid. I make some close to yours, I use Chipotle in my tenders, I just butterfly them a little lay a few slices of chili in, then I use Malcom's How to BBQ Right season, they are sooo good. Have to try the Jalapeno and your rub also, looks good!
Secret time. Make this, make some Mexican white wine butter sauce and pico. Slap these babys on a street taco sized flour tortilla with a little pico and lather it in the butter. You will be in heaven. Over round these parts we call it the "Skinny Special"
I like that Texas Pecan seasoning a lot. I love this idea. I think most of my kids would like these even with the jalapeño. I know I would!! They look amazing!! Thanks for sharing.
