I would pick up a few from Ben Nye or any cosmetics company. Here are four essential brushes that are a good base. 1: Mini liner Brush, 2: Small Flat Brush 3: Small Angled Brush, 4: Medium Foundation Brush.

Purchased a black vest and black hoodie from cheap second hand store (used) Spin the hoodie around so the hood is in front. The hood will act as Skull Troopers Bandana.
