If you're going for a more messy look, do the black parts first. When you do the white it will mix with the black at the edges and introduce some cool grey smudges

If you can, buy a primer (there are very cheap ones at the drugstore, it doesn't need to be super expensive. Just a primer from the dolar store if you have access to one) or just a lotion and set it with a thick layer of powder applied with a puff or a disposable makeup sponge, let it sit for a bit and then dust the excess off with a brush. Then apply the white face paint and do everything else. It should last through sweating a lot. I mean A LOT OF SWEATING. Trust me. A cheap powder to consider is coty airspun or the RCMA no color powder, the first one has a strong perfume so be warned, but it will make the facepaint bullet proof. Make sure to remove it very well with oil if you can. Hope it helps, if you have more questions I'm here :D
