All the technical videos that I publish are above all intended for the students of my Dojo, for my students in Algeria and all the countries where I lead internships, whether in the Maghreb, in Africa, in the East, in Europe or in South America and of course all those who follow me on the net whatever the current of Aikido or the art they practice.

these videos aim to help free of charge any practitioner wishing to invest seriously in their practice and to deepen their knowledge by accumulating significant technical progress while saving their time and energy.
If my videos do not contain voice comments, it is mainly to draw the practitioner's attention to what I show and not what I say, the sense of observation is of paramount importance and can be developed by all at different levels, otherwise you are doomed to repeat the same mistakes by being too cerebral and not focused enough on the essentials
Morihiro Saito Shihan direct student of the founder of Aikido specified in his biography that his master told him "if you observe well, you will be able to understand for yourself" for me this logic is implacable because the master whatever the art or the sciences he teaches demonstrates first by example, from the most basic levels to the most advanced levels, much later the oral teaching becomes really essential, it is only once that the disciple had sharpened his body and his mind that he becomes able to receive this oral teaching in order to perfect his knowledge and his technical and physical skills.
