Welcome to Aikido Media,, my name is Said Sebbagh, I started practicing martial arts in France as early as 1978 by initiating myself in Judo, then I studied and practiced Aikido with prestigious Japanese teachers such as Yoshimitsu Yamada Sensei 8e Dan and Seiichi Sugano 8e Dan as Uchi Deshi at New York Aiki kai as well as other American and European teachers.
My reference teacher was Daniel Toutain with whom I studied and practiced Aikido of Iwama for 20 years and thanks to which I was able to meet and attend the internships of Morihiro Saito Shihan 9 Dan who was a direct student of the founder of the Aikido and his Son Hito Hira Saito Sensei.
Iwama Ryu Budo is the synthesis of all the technical and pedagogical knowledge acquired after many years, its practice is based on fluid and powerful techniques where priority is put on the principles of the circle and the lever, the precision in the sequence of movements thanks to methods that allow everyone to progress quickly and safely.

Morihiro Saito Shihan direct student of the founder of Aikido specified in his biography that his master told him "if you observe well, you will be able to understand for yourself" for me this logic is implacable because the master whatever the art or the sciences he teaches demonstrates first by example, from the most basic levels to the most advanced levels, much later the oral teaching becomes really essential, it is only once that the disciple had sharpened his body and his mind that he becomes able to receive this oral teaching in order to perfect his knowledge and his technical and physical skills.
