This is lovely Aikido. The mechanics involved are fascinating. It also reminds me why Aikido is so well suited to women practitioners. Women understand the "hip" thing intuitively. When we men finally get it "in our bones", make the breakthrough, it can be very exciting!

Wonderful footage, thank you for sharing. Congratulations on organizing what appears to be a very inspiring seminar. Sensei Sebbagh shows - just like on his own UA-cam channel - very high level aikido and is a true master of the art. Compliments also to the uke for taking ukemi so many times and making everything look so effortless!

I remember Saito Sensei saying: It is easy for those around the world to watch from their armchair and not take the time to be at the seminars. He considered this "Stealing" without commitment. I am not saying this against you 'personally' but everyone who wishes to get the benefits without the commitment is a factor of many.
