Fixing Two More Thor 2023 Sanctuary 19PT Imperfections, Glass Above Stove and Bathroom Door

- Two more modifications done on a 2023 Thor Sanctuary 19PT. Removing the magazine storage bins on the bathroom doors to help open up the floor space for easier walking. Also the glass above the stove is placed on backward causing it to protrude into walking space and hit your shoulder.
Also prepping the van for solar eclipse trip. Tightening some screws and inspecting closed off spaces.
The Husky Screwdriver used in this video is from Home Depot. So far it has had all the correct adapters to deal with the Ford Transit screws and the Thor Screws. Highly Recommend.

I like how you redid the back with the lithium system. Finally got my 19P back after the corroded propane switch, free to fix. I will pick up some of that T9, they have it at Camping World cheaper than Amazon. Have anyone noticed how Amazon isn't cheap like it used to. I am thinking of removing those magazine racks to, while mines don't rattle, they do add inches in the way. Great videos. Will check out your tire rack, I'm looking to get one now.
I have noticed that Amazon doesn’t seem better for most name brand items. They are good for the variety of stuff. And the shipping has gotten slower.

Excellent as usual, I will check my glass, I do think my glass is backwards to, I remember seeing it stick out and on occasion I have bumped it with something metal, thank God it didn't break. I also have my edges starting to peel to, thinking about putting a plastic corner guard cover on them, no fault of Thor but just an eye sore. I have so much that rattles, I gave up on trying to find out where. At least your bathroom doors are aligned, my doors are no longer aligned, even when closed and don't get me started on the caulk in the bathroom, I don't think it's a silicone base, it's flaking and separated, I'll fix that over the summer.
Thanks. I will have to take a closer look at my bathroom. I can’t recall even seeing caulk in there. Probably good thing I haven’t used it as a shower yet.

are continuing this model in 2024? Hopefully the 2023 model will hold its value since it appears most newer luxury models are becoming
increasingly more expensive. That said I did check and was surprised to see that the glass over the stove had been incorrectly installed by
Thor? I would like to have it correctly installed but I am not sure I could remove the 2 set screws in the rear section of the glass. Anyways,

Yeah, I’ve been looking lately too and I’m wondering if they release the 2024 versions more heavily in the southern US in early spring/late winter. You can find 2024 Tranquility 19PT in Texas/California/Arizona. Looks the same except upgraded wheels and yellow clearance lights. That screwdriver by Husky is helpful for those 2 far set screws. I had to undue the first screws to allow a little bit of opening in the front for my hand to fit somewhat towards back.

You’re welcome. If you do fix your glass, something I did was used the other hand to support it a little. Just so I knew I wasn’t over stressing it.

I realized I already had a ratcheting screw driver but can you tell me please which bit you used to release the glass screws?

@junglehomes6525 The set screws are a Metric 2 with an Allen wrench or a T8H fits as well.

If you need this exact size maybe contact Thor. If you are building your own and need different size options, look up “tempered glass backsplash”. I found similar products when I looked it up in case I broke mine.
