I was enjoying watching this video untill the aweful commentary in incongruous annoying irritating Urdu/English mix. Can't these Asian cooks speak either Urdu or English fluently? I just switched off.

Urdu is full of rich vocabulary for every word you spoke in English. Perhaps you ought to rehearse your commentary in a language you feel most comfortable in. Not this incoherent explanation.
