Yes Slow cook it, if 5 hrs not possible then at least 2 hrs . Thats how you get the exact taste of nihari. It’s not pressure cooked .

Yeah definitely 👍 you can pay as you go, I’m not sure how much the charges would be but you can always pay at the desk and ask them before you plan to go.

Yes if you have booked your apartment with breakfast that’s what we did so you ll definitely get the breakfast for all the 5 people. Make sure you go in the main hotel for breakfast buffet as it’s more grand and huge variety as I mentioned in my video.

Always ask your butcher for nihari meat, which is shank meat. And get big chunky pieces of meat with extra bones. And always fry on high flame for good 15 mins with ginger garlic.

We were 5 travellers so each passenger was allowed one hand carry of 7kg and one purse or laptop bag. If you are carrying purse then they won’t allow laptop bag. You can keep it in your hand carry .
