CHICKEN BIRYANI RECIPE
* Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken leg pieces
- 1 kg basmati rice
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 700 grams sliced onions
- 6 large blended tomatoes
- 600 grams yogurt
- 4 large potatoes
- 4-5 green chillies
- 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 pack of Shan special Bombay biryani masala
- 1 tbsp whole zeera
- 1/2 cup yogurt with 1 tsp yellow food colouring for dum
- 6 tbsp oil for dum
- 1 sliced tomato for dum
- 1 large sliced lemon for dum
- 3-4 green chillies for dum
- 1/2 tsp biryani essence/ Rooh kewra

Tomato paste ko dry hony dety phir yougart add krty hain.step by step.
Beacuse tomato ka pani hota hai ,yougart ka pani hota hai.tu ye sb mil kr chicken ko bone sy akg kr dety hain.ktoun k chicken tu bhot jaldi tender ho jata hai.
