The biryani looks absolutely yummy MashaAllah. No Zeera/Dhania/Garam Masala powder. Only Salt, turmeric and chili powder and still looks wonderful. A must try. Thanks much chef for this recipe. Eid Mubarak to u and family. 💟💟💟

@@Inaakiduniya Aunty plz aap doobara dekhain. There's no cumin powder, no coriander powder and no garam masala powder. Whole garam maaala was used including whole cumin seeds. Now watch again and then comment plz. 🤪🤪 And I did mention turmeric & chilli. Khair iss age main aisa ho jaata hai koi baat nahi 😂😂😂

This is my dadi jaan recipe, you made some tweaks in it. Like; cooked tomatoes purée and tenderised meat in advance.
We make exactly the same biryani recipes with uncooked meat either red meat or chicken or fish.

Please give us ratio of your jaifal javitri mix. Exact ratio is very important please give us in grams.
And your garam masala powder ratio with ingredients too. Garam masala contains key ingredients for that particular recipe.
