I have the MDT LSS-XL Chassis for a Savage Arms long rifle chambered for 300 WinMag. I have challenges inserting the magazine as well as chambering a round. Very unhappy with this. The bolt was super silky smooth with the original chassis, and with this one it is extremely tight and tough to feed the round into the barrel.
I got a xrs question for ya. I have one for my Remington 700 308 but when I put the mag in the lever that locks it into place pushes the bullet forward just enough it jams when trying to rack the bolt. Just curious if you ran into this issue.

Love my LSS-XL chassis, never notice a problem inserting magazines. Either the MDT mag or a Magpul Pmag.

I've never had a problem inserting the mdt poly mags in my LSS at any angle, they just slide straight in
