Honestly despite all of its flaws naruto still is my favourite piece of fiction I have ever stumbled across. its life lessons, philosophy and narrative really had a drastic effect on how I think and view things, which honestly for me erases all the negative flaws that the series had. The closest series that got to this was Aot, HxH and fullmetal Alchemist which all deal with similar themes (especially AOT and Fullmetal) Whether you like the show or not, you cannot deny that it is one of the most legendary and influential anime of all time for our geneartion.

How can you forget editor Yahagi, who prevented Naruto from being Samurai 8 or Boruto? He is responsible for team 7 creations like Sakura Sasuke , Zabuza, and the entire chunnin arc, fixing a lot of story and plot elements until middle in Shippuden.
He gave a suggestion that was it and its was only on ninjas and sasuke kishimoto did everything else by himself Ps boruto is better with him writing it now

Growing up the character Naruto was really inspiring because he was the ultimate underdog and became great through hard work. He was not a prodigy or anything like that. It sucked a little (SPOILER ALERT !!!!!’) At the end when we found out he was just kinda a reincarnation and was always destined to be as powerful as he became. That kinda sucked but doesn’t ruin the show. This is just to say how much the character impacted me. Until the end of part 2.
