I ain't taking no one seriously wearing a headband wig.... At all. But she's entitled to her opinion...

Anybody can say negative things about natural hair but it doesn't dispute the fact that NATURAL HAIR is wonderfully designed by the true God Jehovah. We should all embrace it. The kinky and the shrinkage is the beauty.

I will admit that natural isn’t the easiest to work with but we (myself included) really do have a long way to go if we want to love our hair effortlessly.

We sure do have a long way to go but natural hair can be easy sis, once you have the right knowledge of how to care for natural hair it's actually not difficult 👑

I don't have natural hair now but I truly want to embrace natural hair for my 7 months baby. I'm trying my best even though people around me don't really care about it and most think I'm just wasting my time. Most believe black hair (especially African) don't grow. I want to prove them wrong (even myself) that black hair do grow and we should love it. I want my baby to be proud of her hair someday 💓

Sis your WHY is strong enough, forget what everyone is saying and do it for yourself and your baby. You'll be shocked where this journey will take you and how it will impact your daughter's hair journey. You've got this sis 💪🏾. Check out my videos on how I learnt to love my hair and my natural hair Johnny, I hope it inspires you 👑

There is a beautiful Ghanaian lady that just got married to a Gospel singer and wore her natural hair throughout her wedding celebrations. Registry office, trad, and white wedding. She styled her own hair for all events and people are complimenting her for this. I think shes an inspiration. (The Couple is Marie and Moses Bliss)

Oh yes I know them, she looked beautiful on her wedding day. There were also many who were confused why she styled her own hair and styled it that way. I personally think her hair was fine, she showed up authentically herself 👑

What a coincidence...I just watched this particular video on another UA-camr's channel and now I'm seeing this video on your channel.
I honestly thought that African women were not that ignorant and brainwashed....I'm shocked. I expect this behaviour only from black people in the diaspora.
How can we as black women expect people to love us if we don't love ourselves?? Lord help us...😑

Nope no different. Exactly that, if we don't love and accept our authentic self how can we expect others to 🤦🏾‍♀️

I recently saw the child of two black celebrities, a toddler or preschooler at most, who very clearly had some kind of long, wavy weave. This is what we're doing now; teaching our girls young to hate their blackness. Happy International Women's Day, everyone.

Really? I’ve lived in several African countries where women mainly wore weaves, wigs and braid extensions.

Wow, we are destroyed as melanated people because we lack knowledge. Our natural, wooly, hair was created by YAH (GOD) and our hair is like HIS! HE has hair like lamb's wool, and we were made in His image. He doesn't call us His sheep for nothing!
