In WoD, it had a 55 seconds CD baseline, AND it could be used while stunned.
For example, if a mage used Deep freeze > Polymorph on you, you could Cocoon your team mate during the Deep freeze stun and sit the poly.
Fistweaving is lookin good.
RJW needed adjustments for years. something like, after RSK it goes off for 15 seconds, can't be refreshed. something like that. otherwise we got button bloats

Honestly? This tree won't be good in PvP if you're Fistweaving. You'll get kicked Frame 1 on that channel and having RNG layered on RNG with bonuses from all the RNG makes the rotation clunky with incredibly limited payoff/value and it's just painful, to be generous.
In Raid and M+ I can see this being good, though.
Master of Harmony is better by far honestly for Fistweaving. Especially in PvP.
Also, misinformation on Heart of the Jade Serpent. The stacks you need to gain the cooldown reduction are increased if you have Veil of Pride talented into. With Shaohao or no talent, it is 8 stacks.
I agree with the point about being instakicked if fistweaving, but all of the passive bonuses you get playing this tree are better than the other one. 25% move speed every time one of your celestials proc, a bunch more damage with RSK, tiger palm, and blackout kick. The CDR from sheiluns will be pretty overpowered too I'll bet
You get more damage from Overwhelming Force and from the Vitality mechanic from Master of Harmony with no RNG, so you can plan burst windows ahead of time instead of praying for a lucky proc.
Also, 3s of movespeed isn't useful, especially with the new mobility talents Monk is getting in TWW.
Also, the CDR is only marginally useful because you'll have to plan WAY too far ahead to get value out of it. Blowing cooldowns intentionally or else it goes to waste, and not only that, the restriction of it being tied to Sheilun's itself is bad. Using major healing cooldown for CDR is insane to me, not to mention in PvP some matchups it's troll to run it as a Fistweaver.
