Saw them in Champions Square in New Orleans back in May, it's 10x more insane live. Pretty sure I screamed "yes fuck me up" like 20 times that night.
I SAW THEM 2 DAYS AGO IN SAN DIEGO AND LET ME TELL YA THAT WASN'T JUST A FUCKING CONCERT, THAT WAS HEAVEN ITSELF, I WAS SCREAMING "FUCK ME UPPP" LIKE THE WHOLE FUCKING CONCERT

You should try to see them live. For their concert in Champions Square, the tickets were General Admission and fairly inexpensive in my opinion, especially considering where I was stood in proximity to the stage. My tickets were $49 each for the 'pit' section (right in front) and we were pretty late getting in line to get in the venue but we were still only stood about 100 ft away from the stage the entire time.
TL;DR: Try to go if you can. It's 100% worth it and the experience itself pays for the ticket price 10-fold. If you can't, there's always next album/tour :)
P.S. Adam's solos in The Sound/Change of Heart/Somebody Else HAD ME FUCKING SHOOK.
And to clarify, General Admission is when the venue is divided into sections and tickets are usually the same price for one whole section. Instead, the ticket prices vary depending on 1) how close or far away a certain section is from the stage and 2) the website (or wherever else) you purchase them from. And more often than not, any tickets purchased online will give you individual 'seats' for whatever section you're in, but it's important to know that **G.A. is entirely "first come, first serve" when it comes to where you sit/stand in a section**

I used to be so sad that I didn't have cool straight hair like Mat when I saw him first, but to see him now embracing his curly hair like my own, I am not so self conscious about it. I just am thankful.
And this is how it starts. In early 2016 I was still a Jimmy Fallon Show subscriber then and I saw this show and though this song is a new style to me but I was kinda into it. Later I checked some others songs of them and gradually fell in love with this album (at that time not that into their first album). By the end of 2017 I could almost sing every song from the second album without looking at the lyrics. In 2018 as I moved to the UK for my one-year PG study and also with the release of their third album, I started to dig out more stories and understand more about this amazing band. Just days before I left UK in Sept 2019 I achieved one of the goals of my life - going for a THE 1975 concert, in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow. I was in the front and sang along all the songs. That night was definitely one of the sweetest memories for me. Now I'm back in China and working my ass off, I know it can be very hard for them to come to China for a concert (they're not that popular here and also for political reasons), I still set the goal that I should go for at least one more THE 1975 concert in my life. Hopefully there're many more awaiting me, but I'll treasure every gig I've experienced. / / L O V E
