Tuned 400+ hp BMW M2

A BMW M2 is of course also a good basis for further embroidering. This owner did. Today on the road with a tuned BMW M2.
The BMW M2 of the F87 generation is no longer available as new, yes, time does indeed go that fast. Because in 2022 we have to make do with the BMW M240i xDrive (yes, it will also come in RWD, but not yet). And let's be honest.
Where everyone is universally positive about the shape of the 2 series coupé of the F22 and F87 generation, the new 2 series coupé takes some getting used to.
But today it's about that F87 generation. The stocky appearance of that M2 still impresses. Actually, just like BMW managed to do with the 1M a few years earlier. For many a car that is at the top of the wish list.
And what do you do when this finally becomes a reality? Then you either keep it original, OR you adjust it to your own taste.
Today Wouter is on the road with a car whose owner wanted to exploit the potential of the BMW M2 even further. Of the standard 370hp, the car now delivers a generous 400hp to the crankshaft. But does that affect how the car drives or reacts? Does it detract from the qualities as a perfect daily driver for which the BMW M2 is also known?

Ik heb ook de “normale” en die klinkt wel zwaarder. De comp is feller bovenin. Soort van hotrod vs sport coupe.

De M2 met N55 klinkt echt zoals een 6 in lijn hoort te klinken, het S55 blok mag dan krachtiger zijn maar het geluid is helaas erg blikkerig met iedere uitlaat setup. Dat is ook de reden dat ik nooit een auto met dat blok zou kopen.

@@jp5191 de n55 klinkt idd mooi maar is voor mij te soft, ik ben zelf verliefd op het s55 geluid... het maakt je een soort straatterrorist haha lekker hardcore zoals het hoort bij bmw M

@@oi-kc8iw Tuurlijk, is ook een monsterlijk blok maar het geluid is wel een tegenvaller als je een puur 6 in lijn geluid gewend bent. Mijn N55 doet 350pk/560nm en kom niks tekort. Het blijft baas boven baas op die manier

De eerdere m2 z’n normale versie; de 2 serie ziet er ook niet heel lekker uit, dus ik denk dat als de m2 uitkomt dat wel weer lekker dik zal zijn
