He's just such a fascinating character. As soon as you think he's just going to be a complete bad a$$ warrior, you get hit with all of his vulnerabilities and insecurities. Definitely my favorite character. I hope I did him justice! Thanks for watching!
Profound books, top of my list. Your work is top notch and rises to the level. Much appreciated. Anyone just looking for clicks and subs would be out of their mind to make this their focus, so props to you for doing it for your appreciation of the works. Hope to see more. “What do you seeeeee?” :D
You're absolutely right. This is most definitely a passion project. I do have other plans for the channel, but I've picked a very niche community to appeal to. I've always been obsessed with these books, so I figured I would start here! Thanks for watching!
Great post again, this is an epic synopsis of Bakkers work. When I first read this book I knew for sure I would not be able to put put down and any other books in the series.
Wow man. The Scylvendi iconics are spot on. Perfect. The close ups to shaved Cnaiur are how I will imagine him from on. You did a great work. The sorcerers are also fantastic. Congrats my friend. You are building a great thing here
I have read, continuously, for 36 years, almost exclusively fantasy adventure. It is really difficult to find anything noteworthy in the genre I haven't read. The Prince of Nothing and the Aspect Emperor are BY FAR my favorites.
Ugh!!! These illustrations are NEXT LEVEL!!! So good!!! My mind's eye salutes you for the assistance. I just read The White Luck Warrior and it is the BEST book I have ever read.......that may change after I devour The Great Ordeal. Bakker has set the bar on the fantasy genre.
I hate to disappoint you but no other fantasy will ever scratch this itch. Bakker is bar none the pinnacle of epic fantasy. There’s a few others worthy of the level just below Bakker but I truly believe this is the best fantasy series ever written.
Chair is my favorite character. This has been my most beloved of your retellings. The narration, illustrations, and retelling are art of exceptional quality. Thank you
I'm crossing fingers you reach The Warrior Prophet at some point. That book has the best, most epic battle scenes I've ever read. Cnaiur is the best character of the trilogy, personally.
This is fantastic - you did a great job summarising while also reigniting all of those powerful emotions that I felt on my first read through of this epic series. The art, the narration, the score, really hit the mark. I’ll definitely be watching any future instalments.
Thank you so much for these, incredibly well done, and as a current audiobook listener these really helped to clarify what was happening and plot nuances that were a bit unclear. I’m onto the Warrior Prophet so I’m hoping you continue these.
@brianflaggert thank you so much, I really appreciate it! I'm still considering doing something like that in the future, but subscribing and sharing goes a long way. I appreciate your support, and thanks for commenting! Hope you come back for more.
That surprises me to hear! I don't come across them often here in the states either. Once in a while I might stumble across one in a used bookstore. Hope you eventually get your hands on some!
@PPierreMonFils if you look in the video description you can see. Most are generated using Midjourney, but there is some fan art in there too! Thanks for watching!
The Breaker has come.

You dont even know what is waiting for you in the great ordeal and unholy consult, they are next level
@@qaztim11 LOVE HEARING THIS!!! WLW floored me!! And I have heard from many that the The Great Ordeal is way better.

@@yellowcityflyfishing I love and hate this statement!! LOL. Man I still have John Gwyene and Michael R. Fletcher to read
Thank you for watching! I gave your channel a like and a sub! Always good to meet another fan!
War is intellect.

Thank you for watching. I appreciate the support!
Cnaiur will be adding "autocorrects" to his Horses and Men list before this project is done. Spellchecks too shall be sacrificed to the Dead God!
Measure is unceasing.
Love it. You're going to be the Luetin09 of Earwa
Thanks for watching! Hopefully I can get as many followers as him too LOL

Thanks for stopping by to comment Andrew. Hope you continue to enjoy the series, it just gets better and better!
Start a patreon or post how we can pay you! This has been sorely needed and these books deserved this treatment for years!

Amazing job!
Glad you like it!
These books are hard to come by in canada

Pretty cool.
I am so excited to have just found this channel. May I ask, where did all the illustrations come from?? Are they AI or did you work with artists? 😮😍
