Do you get that Elite equipment vest automatically? if connected with Elite or by using the free 30 day zwift card ?

I have my Elite Rampa set up via Bluetooth but my speed in Zwift is incredibly slow (cant get over 12 km/hr). I do have a gravel bike setup on the trainer with gravel tyres at 75psi. What ideas would you have for me to try?
Calibrate the trainer in Zwift using the tool icon right after you pair it.
My novo smart isn't found via bluetooth on zwift...any tips?

I have the elite direto xr for two years now, warranty expired in October of 2023 - it started making a knocking noise so the dealer (Primeau Velo) suggested to bring the trainer to Marinoni (Quebec, Canada) - the mechanic must have done the gluing work with metallic pulley, but there was still noise (he said he couldn't much more), But when I hooked up the bike back on the trainer and connected with Zwift the speed was out of whack, I was going way way too fast . anyway I decided to try replacing the belt and the black pulley, ordered the pieces from Elite. Installed them, no more knocking noise but when I connect with zwift the speed reading was way to fast and the power reading as well was way to high - could this be an electronic / electrical issue?

You can't use the E.R.G mode, it's like you brake in the ride 😠
My trainer was working yesterday and displaying watts and today it’s just showing zero when Bluetooth it showing connected

@@elitecycling the issue managed to resolve itself now? Not sure how? But it connected properly now
@@sportnation8885 maybe the issue was caused by some external disconnections.
