Hey Elite, it suppose that with 27,5 & 700 wheels, you can use the same setup with Tuo. But with my bikes (one 27,5 and the other 700), I have to change the setup every time...Is that correct?

Good morning, Elite direct drive trainers and Elite wheel-on trainers come with the same quick release but the springs just need for direct drive trainers (they are used to properly centre the bike on the trainer). I remain at disposal. Best regards
I also have quick release bike type, and with the skewers it does not match. It says if u do not have a 10 or 12 mm thru axes, you have to set up the adaptor but it seems it does not fit my bike. How did u do finally ?
@@zepequeno6604 I ended up taping mine up with electrical tape to add that few mm so the skewers sit in my bike nicely. Did like a mix and match to see which ones fit.

Hello Elite, Can you confirm if I can use 700c * 25 tyre setup on Tuo ? I was riding 28' all these while and now changed to 25, but somehow not able to find the right knob turning & its getting difficult to ride. Also, i am not able to calibrate either on zwift or myetraining app, it says failed. Could you assist pls ?
Ciao Lucas, Elite Tuo trainer does not have an offset number as for example on the Direto. If you are trying to calibrate your Tuo trainer we will suggest you to contact us at info@elite-it.com so we can send you the correct procedure
