- January 16, 2023 is deadline day!
First, orders for our Canadian TOFC flatcars and trailers will be closing. And to show them off, we've recreated the Bayside Canadian Railway...possibly the smallest railway in the world!
Additionally, we have the conditional deadline for our BART legacy fleet in HO scale. You’ll still be able to order afterward, but the 16th is the last day for the 5% early-bird discount!

That is an amazing model railroad! It's also a great way to display your cool TOFC cars.
It will definitely find a home in the office!
Great looking flat cars and truck trailers. Your videos are always creative as well. Gotta have humor .
Thanks 👍
No excuse for not having layout with one that small and cute. 😂😂😂😂
Well done guys and fun thanks to Jeremy.
GOD BLESS 🚂💖🚂💖🚂💖
Thanks for watching!
I hate to be the model railroad police.
BART cars interiors. The cars had foam seats with black cloth upholstery. On the ends of the seats there is a grab handle at the aisle. About 1978 BART started putting ceiling mounted grab rails on their cars. This was to give passengers something to hold onto. Prior to this a "weathering" item is to put hand prints on the ceiling.
The three strips on the side end of the cars weren't added until the 1990's, I think. They were added when it was pointed out that a visually impaired person could easily mistake the space between the cars for an open side doorway.
Cab interior. BART put another panel above the speedometer to indicate cab signals, which controlled the speed.
The first batch of cars delivered did not have any side step/ladder to climb into a car away from a platform. These were added in the first year or so, and became a production item on the second batch.
BART is in many ways a bunch of aerospace engineers trying to reinvent the wheel. They did many things from just sheer ignorance. Like not putting any way to get into a car away from a platform. Styrofoam floors above the dynamic brake grids(this led to several melted floors and some possible fires).
Keep in mind, these are early renders for illustrative purposes. Rest assured, we're working closely with BART to make sure the details will be right!
Playing with your trains while showering and going to the bathroom and holding it near an open flame.....yes, this is totally safe!🤣 By the way, that small Railroad is amazing, and it's genius!
We're all about safety here at Rapido!
I NEED THAT RAILCAR MOVER
The Trackmobile was made by Broadway Limited and may still be available in stores.
The shower?! I’m dead 💀I’m pretty sure every guy’s wife now knows that it wasn’t a burrito that keeps us men in the bathroom for a long time. The match is just to cover our tracks. Also A typewriter really?! 😂
🤣 What happens in the bathroom STAYS in the bathroom!
Good one!
Now if any of the future trailers can help fill a hole in the BC Rail TOFC market, you've got a buyer 😂
We'll see how these do first!
I thought the BCR model and saga was hilarious and credit and link to the Half As Interesting video was a nice touch.
Their video is the ultimate BCR resource!
Incredible!
Thanks!
Excellent video with call-backs. It reminds of Seth Myers' Corrections.
Thanks!
When I saw the title I was hopeful to see the Candian bay side railroad.
It was time!
Another awesome video! Kind of reminds me of Seinfeld lol Hey, another idea! 😁
And just like Seinfeld, we're just a show about nothing!
I have a question. What you do More runs of the BART trains in the future cuz I won't be able to get them this run
Likely not for a while...
Hey Rapido, I just got my first car from you guys, and I'm kind of wondering if you guys are planning another run of the FL9s. They've always been a favorite locomotive of mine, and I love the original New Haven paint scheme, and I collect HO scale.
It's definitely possible!
Another excellent job by Jeremy. Jordan was okay.
😁
Since you guys are doing these, in the future, can you guys do 1950s canadian TOFC trailers & flats?
We hope to eventually do all Canadian freight cars!
Awesome video
Thanks!
I would recommend not operating your model railway with any control system that uses power from the wall when you are in the shower or bath. Otherwise this was another informative and entertaining video.
We don't really recommend or endorse ANYTHING Jeremy does...
It was a radio cab?
Analog email . . . Rapido always is thinking outside the box.
As always!
The BCR railway has been shut down, and the flatcars are stacked without their trucks at this time
But what a glorious run they had!
Are the trailers also going to be available undecorated?
Yes.
They are!
Thank you!!
Question about the flatcars, was the most center part for hooking trailers collapsable so trailers could be moved off?
Yes. We'll be offering the hitches in both positions, and you can swap them out as required
bring back the track mobile!
They're the best!
are you guys makeing track mobiles
We have no plans to, but you never know!
Does The Simpsons trailer come with a Homer figure?
No...d'oh!
Oh geez, sorry your losing your voice.
Send in Janet.
She's the cure!
Go go gadget tax evasion!
Wowsers!
LoL!
😁
Who’s here after the real railroad was closed down and the rail pulled up?
Apparently the first CEO who started the company the guy is named Kjell Inge Røkke was
charged with corruption in 2005. He now is buying the company a $350-$500 million fishing yacht to be completed next year so that’s why the company was avoiding all those costs to pay for the rail transport in Canada and the United States Later Brent Bodal came into the reality TV industry and decided go as an “undercover boss” no really he actually did that to create a fake impression for himself to gain more profits for American Seafoods and so this crappy railway was created. It’s a classic example of American Capitalism.
Very interesting!
