LET'S GOOO WE FINALLY ACHIEVED 2M!!!!!! 😭❤️ Been here since 2015, love y'all so much ❤️ This current team is genuinely the best we've had in years🥹 So much love from Finland ❤️
Teaching is a romantic, noble idea... like you want to teach the children and make a difference in the future. But the reality is that the work is a lot more than the pay is worth, but you don't know that until you go in~ for summers, teachers can do deferred payments where they withhold some of your check each month so that you can get a check during summer months.
A couple of points: Teachers really don't get summers off. They have to use a good bit of that time to take additional classes and get new certifications and renew existing certifications so they can continue teaching. As far as the money issue, not all teaching jobs pay the same. In most areas elementary school teachers, and in high school and middle school, English, History, General Education, and any other soft subjects earns the lowest. Highest-paid goes to advanced math teachers; those who can teach calculus, trigonometry, advanced geometry, and teachers with a hard science certification like physics, biochem, etc.
It seems most people that go into teaching find it immediately jarring, because it’s completely not what they expected it to be. Most people think teaching is this free art where you’re allowed to teach whatever you want, however you want. I had a friend quit teaching school after one year and when I asked him why, he said it’s too systematic. The system dictates how you teach, what you teach, when you teach. Where I’m from, there’s also no jobs because the old coot teachers never retire so they can collect their pensions.
2 milly TATTOO TIME‼️‼️ I had a Teacher that hated taking home papers to grade so he’d have us swap papers and grade each other’s class work, homework, and tests. Easiest class ever
Grats on 2 million! I work at a school in Hawaii. Teachers get prorated pay. They work for 10 months but have a percentage based taken out, so they can get pay checks during the summer. Although it is a bit smaller.
Haha I'm a teacher and you like teaching depending on how the kids are, if they are cool and let you teach but also have personality as a class, it's fun. But that class doesn't exist a lot of times in the schools that receive funding and the lower level schools. Even in good schools it can be tough. I like how Bart acknowledges how his kid is challenging for teachers and would give them a gift basket.
She looks like the kind of person that would do this 😂😂😂 I know some like this they call off work enough times to get fired and then blames it on the company for not being responsible. She just doesn’t want to work and wants mom and dad to care for her. She won’t even drive
If you’re in highschool and you wanna actually learn. Take all the AP classes. AP teachers from my experience are the absolute best. They’re the ones who love the job. Ik it’s harder and can be worse than “college” but that’s worth it bc if you get that work ethic in highschool. college will be easier
I've been in many classes where me and others have asked if the teacher or professor had forgotten to give us homework, quizzes, and projects. I felt extra NERRRRRRD! saying it sometimes. At those moments I needed to be hung by my wedgie on the flag pole.
I think Bart is only referring to college professors regarding getting paid for the school year only. My buddy and a couple of people I know are HS teachers and they get paid monthly during the summer, or they have the option to get a lump sum for the whole summer! Made me rethink my career no lie 😭
Jumpsuit day is a hit
Reviews have come in

It was all Steve day lol
Next, they should dress up as Joe lol

I'm a fan since 2013 from Tallinn, Estonia. You are awesome.
They all look so cool with the jumpsuits 😂
Fun fact. She wasn't fired for being absent but because of her "teaching methods". She was fired for being a bad teacher... Shaking my Italian head 🤦

In the Army, we call that shamming.
But 20 years of shamming is on another level.

Good point most of my friends just slowly became teachers without actually liking the field.
I loved when teachers were absent!
Substitute teacher is worksheets and chill lol 😅
2 milly TATTOO TIME‼️‼️

Y'all stole Steve's whole flow with the jumpsuits lol
Stupidity, Childish also Selfishness in 1 package.
How bad does a school have to be to have an absent teacher employed for that long🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️😭
5:05 low key I had the same thought as Bart 👀😂

Nick looking like: pen pineapple pen guy 😂
Public school teachers are on salary..which gets divided by the 12 months. At least in Texas
The amount of money teachers use from their paychecks is unfair.
I'm Carl and I congratulated y'all on 2M :( 😭
They thought she was coming back
I've been in many classes where me and others have asked if the teacher or professor had forgotten to give us homework, quizzes, and projects. I felt extra NERRRRRRD! saying it sometimes. At those moments I needed to be hung by my wedgie on the flag pole.
I like the new thumbnails.

no lie 😭
I always noticed that my teachers were just people who failed to become succesful in the thing they are teaching.
No, you don't make bank teaching abroad.
Lol right? I don’t think you make bank teaching anywhere unless you’re tenured professors in certain schools.
Unless it’s in international schools. Especially tax haven countries like the ones in the Gulf.
You make like 30 to 40k
:D
Crazy how jk fell off
