Please I would like your help. There is the gear lever of my mitsubishi pajero manual gearbox which shakes a lot on takeoff. It also shakes when I slow down to stop for example. Often also It goes out while I am driving normally 80km/h. The mechanic checked the oil in the gearbox, it was missing, we added oil but the problem persists. He also checked the fuel injector pump but still the problem. Finally he told me that I have to change the clutch disc. Need your opinions please
Mine is blinking like that too...is that really the cause of blinking light? And one more question, what do you call that thing they changed..is that connected to egr valve?
sorry to ask, the car is the same as in the video, if the rpm is high idling around 1000 and using AC it becomes 1200, what is the problem? thanks in advance 🙏
MND REPUBLIC MOTORSPORT actually found out that on automatic ones you’ve got to put it on neutral then change the 4wd mode unlike the traditional old school 4wds where you can just drop the clutch and put it in gear... Thought it was an electronic issue but helpful video 👌
I've changed this part which was bad for a new one and did not stop 4x4 flashing even in 2 x4. This part has power going to all the time and it should only have power when in 4x4 is engaged Could either of the 2 solenoids on top of 4x4 case cause light to come on if faulty? When the 4x4 is engaged this flashing light should burn solid if working correctly
@@mndrepublicmotorsport2575 Ordered it as well, since error code is showing 32 (fw mode switch 1), 34 (fw solenoid, like this one on your vid) and 35 (fw engage sw). However it didn't fix it. Front axle still blinking BUT when scanned no 34 error. So ordered the 5 switches set. Let's see how it goes...

I've never see a problem like that before but I think is the clutch disc. How's the engine is running at idle?

The part name is Free wheel clutch solenoid. Yes the blinking light is because the solenoid is bad.

@@James-vl9br doesnt blink in 4wd but soon as i put it back its blinks again .doesnt seems to affect driving it tho .

Cars have a sensor (IAC) that make the idle adjustment. Use a code scanner to check if the sensor is bad
Hi mate does the 2010 pajero nt have the same electronic you’ve changed?
This is my first Montero but I think 2010 the Ecu make the adjustments. I'm not sure

This is exactly my experience I replaced the vacuum switch..but light still flashes
Same problem, change vacuum switch and flashing remains. Did you fix it already?
Anyone got any idea how easy/costly it is to replace the actual led/bulbs which show the 4WD status? Mines gone blank.

Mi Montero lo hace cuando el sensor que cambie no esta funcionando bien. Despues que lo cambie se apago.
