I have the 100mL I bought a while ago. On the search for some new scents, I stumbled across a pharmacy in my rural town that had the old 75mL tester out but no stock. Upon enquiring, they said they would look into it. The lady came back and said there wasn’t any space to order anymore and if I wanted the tester (maybe 15mL left), I could have it for free (I was buying Zadig & Voltaire This Is Him however). And that’s how I ended up with an original 2014 Dior Homme Parfum tester! Happy to see someone else who agrees that the two releases are practically 99% identical

I have 3 of the old formulations and over 200 fragrances. This is my absolute favorite and will always have a place in my collection. Great job, keep ‘em coming!
I advise you to keep it because when you get the new one, you will notice the difference.

I just got this. It's a masterpiece! I mean, this is the kind of scent that if one was prone to just have a couple fragrances, like one for cold weather and one for warm, this would be a FANTASTIC choice for the cold weather. I can't believe how good this is. It's one of the best scents I've ever smelled.

Update: I’m rocking DHP summer night evening, with a nice shirt, demin jeans with NO PROBLEM!. 2 compliments. For me It is better than Unisex bright DH intense vibe, and gives me a metrosexual intense/but not loud type of vibe 😂. 2 easy sprays and you got that creamy chocolaty leathery/tune down iris type of smell . It’s amazing!, better option for Date night evening, of course!, but DHP is OUTSTANDING!.

Finally I can say something about this fragrance, thanks to you Dallas. Yo are the MAN! . Very simple: Dior Homme parfum: 1. You have to like Iris 2. Nose 👃 experience required. 3. AGES +30 4. More masculine than Dior Homme intense and is not a redundant purchased. 5. Fall/winter fragrance. 6. Collector must have fragrance. 7. Amazing quality notes. 8. Long lasting OVERALL: It’s 9/10 loose a point cause lack of versatility. Agreed with every you just said Dallas. Nice review as always. Blessings.
I saw the reviews for Dior homme parfum and I blind bought it and I must say this exeded my expectations, it is a Masterpiece.
I got a bottle from Fragrancebuy around November of last year and I've gotta say I would have paid double to get it sooner if I'd known how good it really is.... Absolutely a masterpiece.

I hope that Dior Homme "Original" becomes available here eventually. Ive only ever smelt 2020, and I love it, but I also love iris. Homme Parfum is interesting, but I probably wouldn't have as much use for it.

Do you think I would like this if I love Valentino Uomo and Uomo Intense and the new Givenchy Prive? I like the opening of Dior Homme Intense, but it turned bad on my skin in 2 hours but it could have been an old or oxidized sample.
I have a lot of gender bending perfumes , but I didn't like Tom Ford Noir and Noir Extreme. Seem dated and old-lady like to me. Liked Noir de Noir. Didn't like Guerlain l'Homme Ideal EDP (smell too thick old-time perfumey to me and couldn't smell the cherry), and think the EDT is okay for the first two hours and then gets a bit metallic/off.
Any advice would be appreciated. Wondering whether to buy it from a trusted seller for $220. Money is not an issue, just wondering about the scent. Don't be afraid to take a guess I won't blame you if you're wrong!
its very strong, and i've always been into the floral scents and gravitate towards unisex so i'm super confident with myself wearing this. 2 sprays max for me but it sucks i have to wait till fall to use this. I'll use it for fancy date nights and my girl has already smelled it and likes it alot. Guys if you can pick up even a small bottle don't hesitate just buy it

I find the new one to be more floral/rosy the 2015 and 2017 bottles I have a stronger leather note.
Picked up 2 bottle of Dior Homme Parfum 2020 in Paris recently. This stuff is soo good! Performs like a beast and easily lasts 10+ hrs on skin and 24+ hrs on clothing🔥

Is the leather in DHP very prominent? Is the leather something like Kenzo Homme EDP?
I know the intense u spray on at 8a.m. and at 11p.m. after I get off work I can still smell it and I work in a cigar shop
After I tasked my friend to hunt down a bottle for me during her travels in Poland, she was able to find the only 100ml this place in the middle of nowhere had. They also had some 50mls, but I thought I’ll be happy with just a 100ml.
After putting my nose on it, I do hope I can find another bottle at least. It is that good!

Funnily enough some others have been saying the new one has more rose. I think there's no difference personally, it wasn't even reformulated as far as I know - any minor differences are just from maceration or mild batch variation.

I owned both, to me honestly the 75ml vintage bottle had a slightly more iris opening. The 2020 was more leathery in my opinion and a little “harsh” as most people say about the new batches. The older ones are more smooth like you say.
Buuuuuut perhaps this could be because of maceration? Maybe the 2020 batches need more time to macerate. For reference I own a 2017 bottle & had a 2020 for a few months but sold it.
I don't think so because 2019 first half is old formula and 2019 seconds half are the new formula is different in short period of time which not enough for maceration.
Believe me my friend it is refomulation!
@@johnb4914 It is reformulated. Many wont even notice and those that never own the old formulation would argue that its the same formulation, which i hate to argue with them about.
Thankfully I have 2 bottles of the original formulation. I have a couple hundred bottles of cologne so I probably will never use all my Dior Homme Parfumerie.

Depends on my experience, it is reformulated and not the same. It's Still good but not like the old one ( beast mode). I am happy because I have 2 bottles of the 75ml.

There’s no difference between the two.. look at all that air inside your 75ml, all you’re smelling is the added maceration, thats all..

I have 6 back up bottles because I know it will be either reformulated or discontinued. The 2014 version and the current version are the same, same fragrance, same projection, same everything. You can see the formulation number at the bottom of the bottles. So get it while you can!

To my nose, it's reformulated even the formula number didn't change. Fortunately, I have three bottles of the old one 75 ml. The new one still good but not as much as the old one. Why Dior doesn't declare this reformulation although almost all reviewers agreed that the new 100ml is changed even tiny changes.
Straight up do not like the 2020 parfum, it's like white diamonds for men.the old one the one I bought 4 years ago was the best parfum that nobody wore. Now it's gone
I just purchased a bottle and paid over $200. This reformulation easily smells like a girls perfume. This will be the first ever cologne that I will return. Very disappointed.
